Cliff was extremely helpful with me selecting an area rug. Pulled off the hanging rack and placed on the floor so I could get a better feel for the size. Unfortunately, after placing it in our home it was too small for our space. Returned the following day. 😞

Ivan Smith in Tyler Texas was quick to send someone to repair our dual recliners. It took the service gentleman only a few minutes to make the repair. The manager and staff are always friendly there.

We were treated like family from the moment we stepped in the door. It was like shopping with your cousin. Our saleswoman helped us bounce ideas and think it through to make the best decision for our new furniture. When it was time to ring up our cashier was also like chatting with a close personal friend/family member. As other salesman walked by they would smile and speak just because they made eye contact. The entire team is just amazing. Of course the furniture was stout and not cheap material which just adds to the wonderful experience.We will be back for future furniture needs for sure.
Update: Delivery was phenomenal. Our driver was so sweet and they were so careful with our furniture. The driver made sure we knew how to take our sofa apart when we move it and made sure we didn’t have any additional questions. Definitely a wonderful experience from start to finish.
