My husband and I and our grandson, drove from Tyler 2.5hr drive to get a REBUILT transmission. Im not sure if it was good because we been having problems with it and has tried every atrempt to get someone, pertaining to it. They wouldnt answer the phones but ever so often and when I got a Jeremy, he said he left his shop and think guys was selling Transmission without him knowing from inside his shop at prices he wasnt aware of. Either way, lets make this right with me, we have had gone thu somthg but this is alot of money to be back at square1 of trying to get another Transmission. The ad said $$350-400 but they charged me $600 cashand after trying to keep it going its back down again. On my 52nd birthday the 14th. They owe me, but this wasn't even my labor included bc we picked it up. We was out of $350 for labor plus fluids and a part they kept from my other transmission that they forgot to transfer to rebuilt transmission. Its sad to be hustled and to have wasted money. Its only FAIR THAT THESE GUYS make it right. According to some of yall reviews, they seem to be FAIR PPL BUT I guess thats not to all customers. Treat ppl the way you want to be treated. If this was truly a REBUILT TRANSMISSION, It sghould not have given me a hard time. My transmission didnt look shiny either like the ones yall posted. Mines was very dark but we drove so far and it was after hours... thou I was skeptical. And now it has came back to hunt me. Please FIX this problem and make this right.Service: Transmission
