Literally just left the place as I’m writing this.
I was due for an oil change. Drove up to this Honda Dealership and did not know where the Service Drive-In was so I parked in front. Walked in and no greet but saw all the employees walking around as if no one saw me. There was someone at the information desk but she was on her computer and didn’t say anything until I said excuse me multiple times and asked for service desks, she literally pointed and said “there”. I already knew what this place was going to be like. Went to find service area and everyone was sitting at that desk, once again, like I was invisible. Now there are 2 of us standing and waiting. Minutes later, a lady rudely says, can I help you? I was telling her ‘I was there for an oil change and more..’ and she rudely interrupted me and talked over me raising her voice. I snapped back and said let me finish. Anyway, this woman’s name is Julie. Rude over the phone and rude in person. Waited and purposely sat by the door to see if it’s just me about how rude one was but nope, almost everyone did not say a thing to anyone. So, I’m giving 2 stars for this other lady name, Denora, was very sweet and kind all the way to check out.
Go over to Chevrolet Dealership next to it for better service!
