I love the jewelry, the store is nice and clean, the employees are respectful. That being said, the jeweler who attaches the charms to the bracelets did a very sloppy job with the soldering, and did not polish the jewelry when finished. Disappointed.

Their selection was small, but the employees were helpful. We left with a necklace, which was for a gift. We were happy with our purchase, and the price was fair.

Will NEVER go to this store again!! NO customers and wanted SIX HOURS to put 1 charm on a charm bracelet. Longview or Rockwall stores are MUCH better!!!!!

James Avery on the whole isn’t bad. But steer clear of this location. They double charged my husband’s card and despite us showing the bank statement to them on the phone where it shows the double charge with no cancellation of one of those charges, the manager was unwilling to give my husband his money back. So now my husband is forced to dispute one of those charges with the bank creating quite the headache. Terrible customer care, along with inept management. We’ve been to many other locations and never had an issue until today.
