My husband and I went in this evening needing help finding a wedding band. Hollis had so much helpful information in our search. Colby also assisted my husband in finding his dream TAG watch. Kyla cleaned our jewelry while we waited on some pricing as well as gave us very helpful information towards our bridal selection. Great experience we will be making all of our jewelry purchases through Jared from now on.

Very disappointed is service my wife received and the company policies. The first of wife's wedding band was purchased here continually losing stones. It happened so many times that we decide to purchased another one that was far more study and thousands of dollars more than the original. It has been a great band for most part. Our issue came when one of the prongs that hold the main diamond was bent. We took it in the they said it would cost $450 dollars the fix. I understand the diamond was not purchased at Jared's but this seem extreme. Also this was very upsetting to my wife but she just left her necklace to be fix and left. When she returned to pick up the necklace. Tabitha felt the need to come over and make sure the associate working with my wife did not help her with the bent prong. Which wasn't even the reason for my wife's visit. This also seemed unprofessional and needless.We then went to local jeweler and he fix the prong for FREE and pointed out a loose stone on the wedding band Jared's didn't even notice.Will not be using this location for anything if possible except maybe warranty work or recommending this location to anyone.

After paying a lot of money for an expensive diamond had to bring it back within 6 months because of a loose diamond. Came back within the appropriate 6 months....That they require for insurance and the diamond was loose again. Now the diamond has came off and is lost they refused to replace it claiming I never came back in within the insurance time frame..
