DAVID DAVID DAVID DAVIIIIID!Listen! If you’re going to shop for jewelry in Tyler, TX go to Kay’s and GO. SEE. DAVID. Our first trip to the Kay store we had a mishap with the sizing of my fiancés ring. So we went back and met David. He’s the incredibly charismatic guy with an infectious smile. You can’t miss him.David took the reins and made the second trip worth it. From the conversation, to the customer service to the follow up. He sized the ring correctly, took copious amounts of pictures, walked through the entire process with us and made sure we knew her ring was in good hands. A day AHEAD of schedule, David called and told me her ring was in. We stopped in and again, took more pictures and walked through all of it with us and showed us the before and after pictures of the ring. I couldn’t be happier, nor could she. So go to Kay’s, ask for David and know that you are in good hands.

Very professional and sweet! The staff was able to answer any and all questions I had! They sent my ring off to be soldered with both of my wedding bands and they kept in contact with me about when it arrived to the facility and when it arrived back at Kay’s! I love this store!

David made picking my hubby's ring SO FUN and easyEditing to add that he sent me a handwritten thank you note. It honestly made my whole day. My husband and I went in, not expecting to get anything, but he presented options, narrowed it down, and was able to help us pick a ring that made everyone happy. Thank you for making it a beautiful experience.

We recently moved and had to find a new kays Jewlers we had a bad experience with some jewelry and it was disturbing to get the problem resolved. However there is a gentleman named David who was very helpful and kind who if you every need to visit Kays Jeweler in tyler tx. Mall you must ask for David he will take the time you need to make a decision. He's definatley manager ready.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Major and Miss Beverly. We had a ring that was passed down in the family, and they both worked diligently to help us find the warranty information, from a store in a whole different state! Exceptional customer service experience, and I will absolutely keep coming back to Kay to get my rings serviced, as I know that I will be taken care of by the most patient and amazing crew. 10/10 would recommend!
