I went to Kohls last night and was sad that they don’t have any price checkers in the store but was glad that the friendly cashiers were willing to price check for me without complaints. They were 3 guys who were very helpful and jovial which made my shopping experience even better as they remembered me at check out and complimented me on using my 15% off coupon to the max! 😁
Then I got home and realized that I had gotten the wrong color of jeans. I was very worried about returning them this morning because exchanges have sometimes been complicated in the past with Kohls cash. I met a cheerful woman at the refunds desk who quickly exchanged the 2 items which were identical except in color!!!! And I was on my way happily! A very happy KOHLS customer!!!

I was in this store 2 weeks ago and I couldn't find anything that I wanted and I couldn't find a employee anywhere in the store to help me this store is very disorganized and not clean this is the worst store I have ever been to this store needs to permanently close I took my business elsewhere please do not go to this store

Matty was great at the Sephora counter. Patient and very knowledgeable. I hadn't worn makeup in a long time and wanted to conceal the under eye darkness I was experiencing. Spot on from the color corrector, concealer, to the pressed powder. I got outside and immediately called back inside because the color looked even better in the sun. So natural just like I wanted. Thank you so much Matty.
