I spoke to James with exension 3306 and he was extremely helpful and understanding of all of my questions. He was very patient with me being that I'm elderly and I never felt rushed. I very much appreciate him getting me started with the service, and I hope he is rewarded for his wonderful support.

this company is worthless. they sent a email on a holiday weekend saying i would need to have a new sims and motem due to 1 of the partners desolving the relationship, i waited for 1 week finally called and they brought out my new stuff from friday 9/9/2022 unil this posting they have not help me get my service statred, 5 days waiting and getting the run around, also that $99 deal dont do it its is actually $179 if i could give no stars thats what they would get, Justin hope you have a pleasant day, hes the j*** who laughed when i was telling him about my husband being diabetic and needing the internet for his monitor.

This is an update to a previous review. After much talking back and forth with customer service and the owner of KP we reached a resolution that benefited us both. The labels that were to be sent didn't reach my inbox because there was an error in the software being used to send those. So no one was really at fault for the issues. It was fixed, they got their hardware back, I was issued a refund and also issued a check to cover the overdrafts that that the charge caused.I also changed the stars I gave them because they did fix this issues but there was still some misinformation given to me during the whole process at the beginning.

Internet in a rural area for $99? Sounds good! My bill is now $183 . Thanks KP evolutions! I can't wait to see my bill this time next year!

I'm trying to cancel the service within the trial period of 14 days. But they there cleverly transferring me to Support to Billing to Retention teams. No one has sent the return label yet. On August 16th, I got the modem, and I canceled on August 25th, 2022. Till now, 08/31/2022 they are keeping my ticket open, and there is no response. I will have to write to the concerned authorities as this is a cheating company.

KP Evolutions does a great job providing internet in rural areas. They have a great business model that will only keep getting better! Would definitely recommend.

There is not a day that goes by that service is not on for the entire day and this has been going on for more than a year. Sometimes service is out for days at a time and they always say they can't give a credit or discount because "we have lost too much money." I have had to even drive to ***** just to get someone on the phone, only to arrive watching them "play" on their phones while watching the office phone ring. They told me that I would have to upgrade to a higher plan and that would solve my problems. So I did and my **** went from $99.00 per month to $180.00 per month and service and speed are worse. Service will not even stay connected for more than 15 minutes at a time. I have been trying to cancel for more than three weeks, however can not get anyone to answer the phone or call back. I sent an email only to have my ticket closed a few days later with no response. Not sure I would ever consider this company again for internet service.

Company can't maintain service agreements forcing a change in plan and increase to price. Internet service went out again and I was told I would have to choose a new plan for third time. While service was out I was charged again for the upcoming month. I cancelled and requested refund. Just received email in June for cancelling in February that said I would get $46 back. Do yourself a favor and look into Starlink.

I have been trying to cancel their service since January. Most of the time NO one answers the support helpline and if I leave a message I never hear back. Finally, I was able to reach a real person and they told me they need a “30 day notice” before canceling. After I told her I have been trying to reach them for 30 x 3 days, she said she will start the process and someone will call me to finalize the cancelation… and of course NO ONE CALLED. A few days later, my account was charged. I have basically been paying ~$200 for > 4 months even though we have not been using their service. I called again today and talked to a real human and they again told me someone will be contacting me soon… so this is where I am with this internet service. We’ll see how this goes.

KP Internet, specifically the repress Ernesto, has truly exceeded all expectations.He has bent over backwards to ensure our quality of service is amazing and we are satisfied.I’m also very thankful for Him driving out to my house to drop off our new SIM card.We’ve been having lots of problems since February for our wifi and he’s helped us tremendously and fixed the problem today!KP is a small company that of course has bumps in the road, just like every business.But they are amazing!

Steer clear! It sounds like a great service but for the year that I’ve been with them I’ve had nothing but problems connecting. They still collect their monthly fee but I have yet to get a full month service. Also the service has been “upgraded” 3 different times in a year with increase in price yet still I have yet to have a full month of uninterrupted service and have not been offered a discount or refund etc. this has been a horrible service. I’m turning in my router and going elsewhere

Started off with great customer service and then progressively went down hill! Not only constant internet outages for days at a time, but price gouging as well.Started around $100 a month. Went up to $128 with poor service. Now you want to charge me $166 a month for service that has declined even more. No thanks!Extremely dissatisfied customer

When the internet service worked it was great. I had to change modems twice during the time that i had the service. The last time i had great speeds for two days. then almost nothing. I called support everyday for almost a week. They had me to cycle the modem all the time in hopes that it would fix the problem. Finally had to cancel the service because nothing they suggested worked. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
