I have not shopped for a good bra for longer than I'd like to admit. I was also unsure of my size. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by. Store associate named Kaydrin. Her warm, kind, and funny attitude helped to make the experience way more enjoyable than I originally anticipated. She was able to tell me what size I wore and was able to explain the differences in some of the bras that interested me. She deserves all kudos for helping me find the right bra. I will be back with my sister and hope to make an appointment so my sister can experience the same care that I received from her as well!

I absolutely love Lane Bryant! It’s one of the only places I can always count on to find clothes and bras that actually fit well and make me feel confident. They’ve been having some amazing sales lately—on my most recent trip, I was able to snag a new bra, a camisole, tights, five pairs of underwear, and two full outfits for just $150! Anyone who shops Lane Bryant regularly knows what a steal that is.
The customer service is always top-tier. The ladies in the store were so kind, helpful, and attentive—they really go out of their way to make sure you find what you need. I genuinely look forward to shopping here every time. Highly recommend!

Quality is 5 star but This 5 stars goes directly to Amanda. She greeted me right away and helped me with my return and online pickup order. Long story short, the bras were wrong size because two weeks prior the older lady (petite, short dark hair) who measured me, didn’t help me much and measured me inaccurately. She didn’t come check on me and seemed awkward and bothered and a bit strange when I asked her a question and when checking out. I did not have a good experience but really needed bras so without help, just picked the ones I thought and ordered the rest.
Coming back to pick up, Amanda went above and a beyond for me. After explaining my experience, she went all in and re-measured me, shopped for me, made sure the bras were fitting right (all had to be different sizes due to the style), and did all with a smile. She treated me like I was her sister or best friend and I am beyond appreciative. Amanda deserves a raise! To work in Lane Bryant, we need more Amandas.

Came in for jeans. Associate approached as soon as I came in inquiring if I needed help. Located jeans and bought 3 additional shirts. Associate was not knowledgeable about current sale though.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Went in today to swap out a 46c bra for a 44c…same style and color bra. The cashier wanted me to pay $35. The customer next to me said that wasn’t right and she had swapped things before at no charge. The other cashier even said it should be a charge but the older African America cashier with small round glasses said I would have to pay. I called their Corp office before I left the store and Corp said the cashier was totally wrong and they handled it right away. The customer service at this store had been going down for the last few months. I would recommend you NOT shop this location!!!

I was in the Tyler area on October 15th for a Doctor appointment. I realized my 40th HS Reunion was soon & when driving through The Village at Cumberland Park in Tyler, TX I noticed a Lane Bryant sign. To be honest I had never been in this store before. I had the misconception it was “old people’s clothes”. WAS I WRONG? YES! It was Victoria’s Secret meets The Limited in my opinion! I was greeted by Pat who was a lovely woman. She was so calm & welcoming. She was AWESOME! I was struck by how CLEAN, ORGANIZED and BEAUTIFUL THE ENTIRE STORE WAS! Admittedly, I have gained some pounds with age and I realized this store caters to a demographic more “pleasantly plump”. The colors, selection, fit and variety of clothing, lingerie & jewelry was AMAZING. Pat asked about my style. I was dumbfounded but answered “I’m eclectic really…casual, comfortable.” She suggested I look around & she would pull some clothing for me to try on. I felt so special! I could have spent hours with her. She made GREAT selections, put my name on a card tag and hung it on my dressing room door & switched out my selections with different sizing options! It was LIBERATING! I had just discovered my NEW FAVORITE STORE! I bought with enthusiasm! A week later I received a hand written note in the mail from Pat, thanking ME for coming & visiting their store! I was SHOCKED at this ongoing Customer Service experience! Then? She called me this week to remind me I have some “Lane Style Cash” expiring soon and reminding me of the dates of the sales days to use them! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Is it a little “pricey”? Actually, NO! Oversized clothing requires more fabric, thread & altered patterns than traditional “off the rack” clothing options. I am 3rd generation sewing expert and I know! I hope you do yourself a favor and stop in! I’m sure glad I did!

All of the associates that I come in contact with are A++ or I would give a lower rating.
I have told corporate, the district manager
& the associates at the store - it's so hot
in the store. Doesn't matter the time of
day. By the time I finished shopping (
くspent $200 plus) | was sweating all over.
My hair was even wet from it. I actually
wanted to spend more, but had to get out because of it.

The staff was so very helpful with my patient/dear friend while she was being sized & fitted for new under garments. We left with the best quality bra for her as well as a new swim suit and underwear. She was so very thankful for their modest and kind help. We will absolutely be taking the drive here for all of her future needs.

I just wanna give a big thank you too three wonderful ladies. I want to start the store manager Miss Eva. She literally made my experience go so smoothly and was so kind. It’s the little thing that matters and I appreciate that there people out there that care about the plus size community. My next shout out goes to Miss Netanya and Miss Jenifer when I say these ladies need a 10 out of 10 rating, but it only allows me to put four stars they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable literally the best shopping experience ever. Love you ladies keep being who you are, the world appreciates y’all.
