“Great facility, Friendly management, clean and safe property! I have recomended this property to many close family and friends! Will rent here again when needing another unit!”
“Very sweet lady’s working! They saw me standing around 36 weeks pregnant and brought me over a chair to sit. Very clean place and very reasonable prices! The lady’s working today were very kind”
“I just got my dress back and had to immediately leave a review because WOW my dress looks incredible!! Heritage did an AMAZING job, absolutely worth every penny. I will be totally honest, not seeing many recent reviews made me a little nervous, but TRUST I am SO HAPPY I chose here. By the end of my wedding night I had many spots on my dress, a large prominent black slash across the bottom, my train was lace and it rained that morning so it went through wet concrete and grass. But when I got my dress back and it was like it was never even worn! Spots were gone, black slash completely vanished and the lace looked so crisp and brand new 🥹 genuinely cannot recommend this company enough!!! It was so nice seeing my dress so clean and preserved 🥹”
“Great mom and pop business. Great costomer service and excllent quality cleaning and pressing. Next day service and even regular pick up and delivery if you like. This is the only cleaners I will go to in town. You are a name, not a number here.”
“I really like this laundry center. The lady there was so friendly and she was very helpful. I guess I getting old and following or understanding things, been a struggle. Very clean too. Everyone was kind and very helpful. I will not go no where else but here. This place is amazing..”
“I recently moved here and needed a bundle service quickly.
They are excellent! Service. Price.
This made me rethink if I even want to hook up my washer and dryer.
I will definitely be back.”
“Best laundry place in Tyler!!! The ladies who work there are nice and keep the place clean. The machines are always in working order. They also have free dryers for you to use.”

“Regency Cleaners is the kind of place that makes you forget you’re running an errand—because the moment you walk in, the staff treats you like a guest, not a number. Their energy is upbeat, their smiles are genuine, and their commitment to going above and beyond is something you feel from the front counter all the way to pickup day.
They don’t just clean clothes—they create an experience. The team is always attentive, always friendly, and always ready to help with whatever you need. Whether it’s remembering your preferences, offering helpful suggestions, or simply making you feel welcome, they consistently deliver service that’s personal, thoughtful, and full of heart.
If you want a cleaners where the staff treats you like part of the family and makes every visit feel special, Regency Cleaners is the place. They’re the definition of above‑and‑beyond service, and I couldn’t recommend them more!”
