The staff we worked with at Leon's Signs were super helpful and knowledgeable. We went through several revisions trying to find exactly what we wanted and they were accommodating and fast with responses.

Our company tried working with Leon Signs, specifically Chris Cambra, for a couple of signage projects. Not only were the initial design renderings horrible and completely missed the mark (wrong color, wrong spelling of the company name), the communication and execution of their employees was terrible as well. For the first piece of our project, we were going to have an old sign removed from our new building. We were told on a Monday that the old sign could be removed within 24 hours of our initial request and two days later when we inquired about the sign not being removed yet, we were told they forgot to create the quote for the removal and hadn't even been worked it up. We then got the quote for removal on Wednesday and were told the old sign would be removed no later than Friday. Friday morning we got an email stating it would be sometime the following week before the removal would be completed. At this point we emailed Chris Cambra to inform him to cancel the order and design renderings since they could not seem to execute on signage removal. The email response stated "no problem." This response was very nonchalant and let us know that the company did not care about losing business or taking care of customers.
