    I joined LCF this month to continue rehab/workout for my new knee replacement. Staff at the gym are very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to a long term relationship with LCF. Stop by and check them out!

    LCF has been awesome to me. Their trainers and staff are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. If you are looking for a professional and clean facility LCF is it! Highly recommend.
