The best fashion designer brand store to find a wide variety of styles and sizes from casual to trendy and business attire. The prices are great value as well as attentive staff. I use Stephanie as my personal shopper. The jewelry bar is pretty amazing! Loft card earns you lots of perks! Fashion doesn’t have to be costly here!

Savannah and her staff were helpful and very pleasant. Being in my late 60s, I value service. The found other sizes for me and answered many questions. Amazing sales today onsite. Yes, not the high quality apparel, but the patterns and colors are fresh, fun and prices accessible.

I was very disappointed in their customer service. I have shopped this store for 10 years...loving the small and petite sizes. I have always loved the sales people going above and beyond, until recently. Workers are rude. Refused to let me use their restroom..without even as much as an apology. Took all the clothes out of thedressing room when I went to get a smaller size. Even took MY clothes and hung them up!!! Ridiculous!!! I will start shopping somewhere else! Too rude for me.

I cannot speak more highly of The Loft- Tyler and their customer service. The ladies were very friendly and helpful. The store manager was incredibly accommodating to my needs— I am very thankful for her kindness! I will certainly be back to shop! Thank you to the three women who helped me today, especially the store manager.
