I made a rather large order and when received there were two items that didn’t make it intact. Lone Star Botanicals were very quick in responding to my email as well as rectifying the issue. This last order makes 5 times that I have purchased from them and will continue to do so. Excellent products as well as customer service. Thank you LSB.

I went to Lone Star Botanicals for the first time today and I will definitely be back!! ?. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The girl at the front even made a couple of phone calls to help answer some of my heath related questions. It’s been a long time since I have been into a store that so obviously cares about their products and their customers!! I wish I could give them 10 stars. ⭐️

I went for the first time today. I wanted to try loose leaf tea blends. Katherine was so kind and talked me through their different teas and let me try a sample. I was very happy with my experience. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I will be going back!

I wasn’t aware that we had a lone star botanicals physical location here in Tyler. But when I found out I was oh so happy! When you walk in it’s like home, they offer free samples and smiles when you come in. They can meet your need with healing naturally in any shape or form that you may need. My go to herb store. <3

I had a really great experience with this business. The quality of their products is very high, and their herbal mixes are crafted with knowledge and care. I spent about a month trying to find a Sleepy time tea that was loose-leaf, bulk, and had the herbs I wanted. Most teas seem to not cut it for my insomnia. Their blend had every single herb I was looking for, and gets me to sleep quickly. I have also been loving their Red Goddess blend which continues to relieve a lot of my menstrual anguish. They throw in lots of love and freebies in their orders. Instead of adding sugar I mix in some of their Stevia leaf and omg it is better than sugar I swear. I have never had dried stevia leaf this good. Will only be buying my herbs from here for now on. Every order comes with instructions for brewing each blend too which is nice.

I recently discovered the great organic teas at Lone Star Botanicals and tried the Good Vibes Only, Recovery, Glow and Dream. Dream is their sleep tea and it is the best I've found. They have some clay masks which I have also tried and they are wonderful. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable about all the products and will make suggestions to help you find what you're looking for. Ordering online is easy and the products I ordered shipped the same day.
