This storage facility is by far in my opinion one of the best. They are so understanding, and have been so cooperative with me. Luke the owner and Andrew have been amazing. They go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Great place, kept the electric running, I had a 10x10 I used it for my printing project 1hr a day.I had no complaints from colonial AS a Matter of fact one day it was raining and I was working from the storage and I left my truck light on for 30 minutes and it killed my battery.I went to the office and lucky there was a lady there (I should of asked for her name) she woke up and went out of her way just to give me a boost!!Great place, secure, good price, and entry by using keypad or phone text.

I just moved out of my house and was worried about finding a good storage place in Tyler to store all my furniture and belongings, but the owner was very helpful and welcoming. I also love the fact that it is locally owned! Thank y’all so much!!

Renting at Colonial Storage has been wonderful! The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, It has been one of the greatest experiences I have had as first time renter!
