People do not understand retail. They want to shop but certain things are out of the Manager hands. The company knows about the restrooms, yes they can clean it but it still looks the same. The floors they only get certain times to strip maybe 2 to 3 times a year. Customers who opens perfumes oils there food and drinks on the floor that is the customer and the associates has to clean it up. People want to blame management is the wrong person to blame. It’s hard to run a business and keep clean when they are limited stop blaming management.

I love shopping here! Great wide variety selection & low prices for top name brands. As far as the restrooms it wasn’t bad, maybe previous reviews from customers went in after an unclean customer. And the floors? That’s just over time stains etc. but overall they have GREAT customer service, always help nearby on the sales floor, & very polite at the register. I LOVE IT HERE!!! Thank you Marshalls staff for all you do!

Usually TJMaxx is my go-to, but my son told me Marshall’s had a larger men’s section and I needed a gift for my daughter’s boyfriend. The selection of merchandise was terrific. I bought more than I intended to but could hardly enjoy my shopping experience because the store was so stinking filthy. The floors were especially disgusting. Then I had to change my special needs son in the bathroom. The floor was sopping wet, and there was not any toilet paper, soap, or paper towels. Who runs this place?! It made any Walmart or highway gas station seem sparkling in comparison. I’ll stick with TJMaxx!!

I have always loved this store, but as of late it has become filthy. The floors have not been cleaned in forever. It takes away from the shopping experience. Not sure if a new manager is in place, but please clean this store. I left with nothing today. Please make changes.

Would rate it a 5 but, due to the bathrooms being a filthy, nasty,disgusting mess the necessary start is a 1. This locations bathroom is in desperate need of a renovation and the whole area where the bathroom is smells like urine !

Low cost great quality clothing of major brands. We bought a bag here and it was great. Dolls and tshirts are good. You can't try out the perfumes here. Great staff.
