Do yourself a huge favor and set an appointment with TC immediately! He took time to explain the features and benefits of each mattress in order to find the perfect fit for me. The customer service is unmatched and the prices truly are 50-80% lower. I haven’t slept this great in years!!! I’m so thankful for TC and his commitment to making this an unbelievable experience. Can not say enough about the fantastic customer service from TC. The only thing better than the service was the price of the bed. He really does have the beds at 50 to 80% off retail. My experience with TC David at Mattress by Appointment was top-notch. I was instantly at ease with him. He listened to what I wanted/needed and answered all of my questions. He made suggestions and gave me a very fair price. There are too many options out there and this was an easy process. I am a first-time, pleased customer. Just purchased my 2nd mattress from Mattress By Appointment. SUPER COMFORTABLE, VERY HIGH QUALITY AND THE PRICE IS EXCELLENT FOR WHAT YOU GET. To top it off, they have either a 10 or 20 year warranty depending on which mattress you choose. TC is friendly, knowledgeable and does not pressure you in any way. **Add the adjustable base and sleep happy!!
