A lot of great deals! Options to rent or buy. Wide selection of clearance items as well. Staff was very helpful in making sure my son was correctly fitted for his prom outfit and helped find items within my budget!

Customer service is lacking. It’s not men’s wearhouse in general just this particular store. I’ve been shopping at Men’s Wearhouse for years. This is the only one I have been to that just seems/feels off in regards to customer service. Just my two cents.

Julius was the best customer service representative we could have asked for. He guided us through our entire tuxedo purchase. Julius was knowledgeable, service oriented, and patient with us. He was receptive to our ideas & helped turn our vision into reality. Weddings are stressful but this aspect of it was not because Julius customized our experience. We will be forever appreciative and definitely recommend The Men’s Wearhouse, Tyler.

Tony Peña was absolutely the most attentive and helpful clothier I have met in a very long time. He introduced himself and asked me how I was doing today and how could he assist me. After a short conversation he described to the areas of the store and layout. He diligently helped me with fit, style and suggestions. Today's shopping experience was a huge success!!! I found some great deals and made a new friend! Ask for Tony the next time you're here and he will take care of you!

We used Men’s Warehouse for our wedding in November. Our experiences varied from the different visits with some being great and some being bad. My husband had to get his suit altered again because they messed it up the first time. He bought his suit and our groomsmen rented. My dad bought his suit jacket here as well and had to get it altered twice because they messed it up as well. A few of the sizes for the groomsmen were a little off but overall they turned out good and they fixed all of the problems.

If you want stress on your big day this is your place. Also if you choose any menswear house make sure to check your online account they make for you. They pined 2 ties per groomsmen and we gave our groomsmen option of renting the shoes or wearing their own. Many that said they didn’t want to rent shoes, but still got charged for the shoes after making it clear they didn’t want them. As the bride I called several times about the groomsmen getting a refund after I caught the inconsistency of all the groomsmen’s totals. They kept telling me when they come to pick them up Is when they’ll get it. Time to pick them up before the wedding and they told the groom they can’t get the refund until AFTER the wedding and tux are returned. Safe to say they never got their money back for the extra stuff tacked onto their bills. All the groomsmen’s pants sizes were wrong and we had to had 2 extra inches to all of them two days before the wedding. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is from months ago but I had went in to get fitted for my wedding and have one of my groomsmen fitted, they person I worked with was very rude and kept giving us looks as if to say we didn't belong there. He fitted me but refused to fit my groomsman. Very disappointed because I would've never gotten this bad of service at the College Station, TX location, but I will never shop at men's warehouse again after this experience

The person assisting my boyfriend for a tux was more involved with his ex manager being present than actually assisting us. We came back days later to pick up the tux and the measurements were all wack. My boyfriend looked like a square box and the jacket was large on him but they didn't request to do any adjustments and sent him on his way. Way too expensive for the poor quality service.

Not very good customer service. Associate seemed to be preoccupied with other things even after helping me and there felt like a pressure to buy there despite mentioning the prices not aligning with my budget. The tailor is horrible. Rude and short with customers and hardly ever there it seems. Custom suit measurement and tailoring after the fact is horrible and not convenient with the tailor hours and it was incredibly difficult to get the correct fitting even after the measurements. Not an exact science at all.

Two of the three works was rude. Asked to be measured they kept asking me my measurements. I’m there to be measured. Will never go there again.
