My 2014 MB went in for transmission issues. The repair costs would be over $4900 that I was not willing to spend on a 20 year old car with over 90,000 miles. I called my salesman (Cody) who had been a service consultant previously and made a trade the same day for a newer model with 21,000 miles on it. Same Day super service!

Just want to add my salesman was Grant Goates is a super young man on a mission to please all his customers and succeeded, I'm a harsh critic being an owner of 2 MC Dealerships and other businesses. So much respect And Kudos Grant. Thx again.

Wouldn't recommend. I find myself having to call 50 times being told I'd receive a call back. Terrible customer service. Felt a little racist too but who knows???
