Becareful coming here the short Hispanic girl told me everything was free she was just charging me for the phone only gave me a bunch of accessories didn’t give me receipt I came back to pick it up and she refused to give me and I do believe she was under the influence she was slurring her words it was just the worst experience ever.

Poor customer service, added services I didn't agree too , pretending I wouldn't see it because I have automatic payment, luckily I saw it before the month ended ,
I wouldn't wanna see the male worker again, very rude and tried to insult me by down playing my choice of phone compared to there most expensive phones that he wanted me to buy, I am the customer and I choose what I want not him

Excellent customer service. Went here to change my plan and was assisted by an associate named Val. She was fantastic. Got everything accomplished that I set out to do. Was very patient (since my request was kind of complicated) and professional.

You cannot get a hold of anybody at this location. There is something wrong with the new phone I purchased and I'd like to see if I am able to get a refund and something different if this phone does not work properly. When I call the phone number to the store it hangs up on me after the 12th ring. Very unprofessional. Hopefully I can find another location that can help me.
