I lived here for over 3 years and absolutely loved my loft! With all the natural light my space got and to the price, I could have found myself staying longer. But the manager, Kim, was absolutely the worst. Working in property management myself, Kim lacks the personal skills to care for her residents' needs. When I told her this, all of a sudden, I started getting noice complaints about my dog, which in the first year and 1/2, I did not. The maintenance man, Ed, whom I adored, was actually my neighbor and confirmed that he never heard my dog. I find it funny that when you voice your concerns to the manager, she "fixes" the issue with made up noise violations. I was therefore not allowed to renew my lease. She ended up claiming I did not have a deposit, which I did, of $150 and she ended up charging me for 9 days after I was already out. She better be careful on how she treats her tenets because this form of "retaliation" goes against Fair Housing, which is a huge "no, no" in property management. If you do live here, get copies of everything because she is not to be trusted. In the three years that I lived here, my apartment flooded 4 times! Three of the times happened within the same two months. On another note, having the lock to the building door broken constantly led to countless homeless people roaming the stairways and hallways. I know safety isn't a guarantee and "crime can happen anywhere" but this was something that was brought to Kim's attention multiple times. If you can't tell by know, I think Kim is a bad person/manager and no matter how good the price, DON"T LIVE HERE.

Washers and dryers always look like this

The apartments themselves are gorgeous, and the prices are great. However, one of their main buildings had a huge issue with bedbugs (and cockroaches) when I stayed there back in 2019, and management refused to cover costs. The manager also changed four times in the couple years I was there. The last three were all varying degrees of unhelpful and even deceitful.

They advertise a business office but the property manager doesn't know how to turn on the computers. No one can use them. Kim, the manager, says the computers are broke. They advertise a laundry facility. The door has been locked for 3 weeks now. Over half the machines didn't work anyway. If you complain or alert Kim - management - for anything, she asks you if you've called the police about your problem. If you have a problem with another tenant, Kim - the manager - suggests you exchange phone numbers with them and work it out yourselves. Even if the tenant you are complaining about makes his own Meth in his apartment and sells it to drug users living here and not living here. You can pay the pet deposit for 1 Pit Bull but own 3. Until one gets pregnant and has a litter of 13 puppies. Then you've paid a pet deposit for 1 Pit Bull but have 16. In a 1 bedroom apartment.

Don't like the old style look. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. The floor have soft spots like you are about to fall in, it's uneven. The beams and pipes in the living room are not cute. There is a brick wall in the living room, God forbid anybody trip and fall and go head first. The wash room consist of a few working machines, the dryer doesn't even dry your clothes. They come out damp. If you are visiting, you have to walk in the back to the parking lot across the street or your car will be towed. Don't be alone, there are not enough lights, let alone it's not safe to be out that late coming and going. You have free wifi, a "library" and "fitness" area so I guess that's a plus.

I'm in the process of moving in and my experience so far has been nothing less than EXCELLENT! Carla (the property manager) has gone above and beyond in communicating with me every step of the way even though I was contacting her constantly while (impatiently) waiting on my application to be approved. I'm so happy to have found such a gorgeous place to call home in Tyler!

Whoever said this place is quiet and safe was paid or prompted to leave a good review! I don’t know if many good things about this place.

I love my loft apartment but lately, the complex has been going down hill. From noisy, inconsiderate neighbors to the office being locked a majority of the time during business hours. When our packages are left in office, we rarely get notice from management and as I said before, they are rarely open for business. Sign hung on the door every morning before 9am saying they will be out of the office until 1pm, but if you bang on the door loud enough, they come right out. Basically sitting in there doing nothing while ignoring tenants. The new maintenance man has been a God send, he's the only reliable person employed here.

I have few things I don't like about this place and that is I was working out of town and for whatever reason the maintenance man felt the need to go in my apartment and steal my jewelry, money, etc went to the office and nothing was done. It took several more tenants to complain about missing stuff before he was fired. They don't fix NOTHING my windows are sealed shut and still haven't came to take care of that issue

They have changed management several times. Be careful that you keep receipts/proof of your monthly rent payments because they love to charge extra fees. They enter the tenant's apartments without notice and it takes forever to get things fixed. The stairways are always nasty and need to be cleaned. I have tried to contact the rental company over these lofts about how things are handled but was unsuccessful. They definitely need improvements for the rental prices.
