Called Muggle to get my wife's van towed 9 miles down the road because they were the closest tow company that showed to have 24hr service. The vehicle was in a precarious position to the roadway so I was trying to get it moved asap. A lady answered the phone and I confirmed that they had 24hr call outs. After telling her where we needed it towed, and immediately after she said they were a 24hr service, I was told, rather rudely, that they were handling police calls and we'd have to call back in the morning. When I simply questioned why they state they are 24hr service if, in fact, they are not; she told me to call a different company and hung up.
So I did. Thanks Patriot towing for taking my call, being very polite, handling my situation with ease, and being a better price/value.
I'll know, and now hopefully you will, to go elsewhere next time.

Topher, the towing guy was nice and courteous. He arrived within 20-25 min from the time of calling.

RANT : Muggle Towing
By far the worst experience with a towing company ever we had a customer have their vehicle towed to the shop and the tow truck driver completely disregarded everything that we said we gave them more than one option on where to place the vehicle and instead of taking one of our multiple options they dropped the vehicle in the middle of our driveway where no one could get around requiring us to walk up and down to a long driveway with a car in the middle of it when we can’t even get other customers in to fix their vehicles given they parked in on a hill and didn’t even place the parking brake I proceeded to call Muggle towing where I was a lot nicer than I wish I was and was told that they needed to talk to upper management which is fine I understand they called me back and I missed the call so I called back as soon as I saw the call was missed and Emma or Emily something like that answered and had an attitude straight off the bat and I asked to talk to an owner or upper management about this issue because they refused to come out and fix it and said we had to pay for them to come which is whatever fine I’ll pay then the story changed and I was explaining why I needed the vehicle moved she scoffed and in the middle of me saying how long till you can have someone out here she hung up on me

The driver Mikey, was super nice, quick and professional, he was awesome. However, I missed two calls from them, called back two minutes later and the lady to answer the phone was SO rude and threatened to cancel my tow? When people need their car towed these times can be very stressful, the last thing people need to hear during this time is that their tow is going to be canceled, never mind talking to a RUDE receptionist.

Worst customer service ever!!! My husband called to try to get my car towed to the car dealership from our home (Longview to Henderson). Started at 8am. By 2pm, we called to check on ETA and being told several times, "we are 45 mins out". The dispatcher was very disrespectful and wouldn't give me her supervisor's name. She even hung up on my husband and myself twice.I would NOT recommend this towing service!

Been waiting for 3 hours on them to show up with an expected time and within 10 mins of that time they cancel. No explanation needed I guess.
