This store looks nice and seems to have a lot of stock. I’m not sure if they carry harmonica because I couldn’t find them. One guy at the register was chatting with three guys standing around the checkout. I waited for their conversation to end but it didn’t. I walked to the back of store - another employee strolled out looking at his phone. He glanced up and when he saw me he immediately looked down and walked down a different aisle to avoid me! As I exited, I told them I was sure I could find what I needed elsewhere. I find this unfortunate because I lived here a few years ago and loved this store. The three stars are for the stock they seem to have. Customer service 0.

Mundt Music in Tyler is a gem for any musician! They have a fantastic selection of beautiful instruments and accessories. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making the whole experience even better. It feels great to support a local music store that truly cares about its customers rather than a big chain. If you're in the area and need anything music-related, this is the place to go!

at GC, than Mundt. Won't be back to see
what they have for sale in the future bc
they weren't interested in buying 1 of
my instruments, an gave a poor offer
on another. Tried them first, so they shot
themself in the foot pretty much?

One of my favorite guitar shops I've ever visited. Worth the visit. A little bit of a hidden gem. Great place to directly compare different brands like Martin, Eastman, Yamaha, Waterloo, Gibson, Iris

I'm very impressed with not only the staff but the selection of instruments as well. IMO, they have a better selection of 12-string guitars, effects pedals, and acoustic guitars more than the other competitor in town. Tucker was a big help. Great store. Great staff.

John ( Hans) and Tucker got me back onto my drum set after a 10yr delay (drunk driver hit me and it took 10yrs to recover to a level to play again...by the Grace of God). Thanks for the assist, Amigos.

Excellent customer service, really happy with this place. Helped me with fixing my guitar/amp and I bought a nice bag cover for my guitar. Staff was quicl to help me and introduce themselves. Very friendly and knowledgable. Ill definetly come back again
