I called Enterprise to get a car rental, git a confirmation number, then that same night, I get a call saying I couldn't get a car bc they were out, so I called National, which is the sister company to Enterprises, spoke with a customer service representative and she told me that she had a car for me, when I showed up at the airport to get the rental, guess what? They don't have one and tell me that, they aren't sure why someone booked the reservation knowing they couldn't get cars. Spoke with a supervisor and that went exactly nowhere, other than her asking g me to try and get it for tomorrow, I don't need it for tomorrow, I needed for today!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Kat takes care of her customers. She is beyond amazing!!!!! I've been renting cars at TYR for over 12 years and I always always choose National. And it's all because of Kat. She is helpful, professional, and treats me and family like kin. Thank you Kat and thank you National!

My first time using National Car Rental was two days ago on Friday, April 16th at DFW airport. I was blown away by this experience for many reasons. Even though there was a line of people waiting to be helped, the staff very quickly and very efficiently kept the line moving along. Once I got up to the counter, a woman named Cassie assisted me. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and courteous. She was clearly a pro as the entire exchange between us was done within five minutes. Compared to every single other car rental service I have ever used this was by far the fastest and most efficient. I have never been so impressed, I have Cassie to thank for that. I wish there was a rating above five stars as that is what I would rate Cassie and my overall experience with this company.

Kat the GM of the Tyler Airport location went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate me as a customer. She made sure I could contact her at any time with questions or concerns. She spoke very highly of the National brand and is a great ambassador for your company. As a customer service and retail professional myself I was very impressed with Kat's service and can attest that she is an absolute asset to your brand.

When I made my reservation, I reserved and paid the rate for a full size car, but was given a Ford Fiesta which would fit in the trunk of a full size car. I hate this type of bait and switch and will go back to renting from Hertz if this continues!I am an Emerald Club member but that doesn’t seem to make a difference anymore.Upon returning the car, the lady said she would make a note to give me a free day the next time I rent, so we will see.....

My recent experience with National Car Rental in Tyler, Tx was awesome. Kat the location manager was on point and extremely helpful. My vehicle was clean and full of gas when I arrived. My receipt was prompt in arriving in my e-mail box. Could not ask for better service. Thanks!

Made a reservation on phone at Tyler Airport location and went to pick up the car only to find that there was no car. Receptionist referred to Hertz Car Rental which offered car at a lot higher rate than originally reserved at National. Left the airport and called reservation number to be told that car was still available. Really disappointed at National not taking the customer order seriously and lying about car's availability at pick-up location. Won't use their services again.
