Got a full set and a pedicure! Kim did my nails and they are perfection. She took her time and checked in frequently to make sure I loved them! Mike did my pedicure and really worked on my nails! He did not just slap paint on them he took his time filing them. Everything was perfect. Treated like royalty!

False advertisement doesn't offer any massage services. I made an appointment on online only to get there and be told they don't offer those services and they were very rude

Worst experience, I went for Manicure and pedicure. They did worst nail art and charged $10 for this nail art. I will never go back again to this place.

Usually my go to nail salon but I can’t stand how rude the staff is. They act annoyed when they get business… must be the reason it is always empty 🤷🏼♀️My new fav nail salon is T&L, they are so friendly.

This was my first time here and most definitely will not be the last (even though I live an hour away). We came in on a whim, and I am so glad we did. The staff was very friendly and did a great job! I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who did my pedicure (middle-aged, wears glasses), but he was amazing!

When moving to Tyler Texas, two years ago I was so worried about finding somebody who can take care of me and my nails the way I’d like to. I’m very picky and don’t just settle. I found an amazing nail shop called Nirvana’s nail spa in Tyler, Texas my go to man’s name is Kenny. I am so grateful I have found him. He understands what I like and he is so good at what he does he’s fast he listens and I’m treated like a queen when I’m there I sit down. My granddaughter had her nails done there today and she was not happy at all, they were not the color she asked for and very long - she asked for a light blue dip and got a dark blue-she asked for a sports length nail and got them very long- she tried telling her they did not like them and they were to long and she did file them a small amount but they were still very long-my granddaughter tried telling her but the older women was very rude- we took her somewhere else and had them removed

I have been to Nirvana Nail Spa several times now, and I am always very pleased with my visits. Every time I walk through the door, I am immediately greeted with friendly smiles and warm welcomes. The nail technicians are very skilled and attentive, always ensuring that I am comfortable and satisfied with the results. I always leave feeling refreshed and with beautiful nails.
