My transmission (2017 Silverado) developed a shudder. I called all the shops around town for estimates on the rebuild and timeframe. Most of the prices were about the same. Randy just had the knowledge and answered all my questions and was just as real as they come. Randy LISTENED and acted with honesty and integrity. These guys had my transmission completely rebuilt in 2-3 days. Warranty on the work just like all the other shops, except Randy offers unlimited miles within the warranty period. Paying for this work was going to suck no matter which shop did the work, but Randy and his guys made this the best experience possible.

The owner is an absolute outstanding human being! Didn’t charge a diagnostic fee, and when the problem ended up being a simple as a solenoid had come unplugged, he didn’t even want to charge me for plugging it back in. I gave him a big tip anyways! Needless to say, he’s got my business for life!

Great experience! When I compared the cost for my service to other transmission companies no one came close to there price. And the service was A+! It’s hard to find honest people nowadays - I found my place and will go nowhere else!

Repaired my transmission only to do the worst job possible and broke down within 2 weeks. Took months to get back and took it to another shop only to find out these guys did everything wrong and didn’t install all the stuff correctly. Do NOT recommend.

This shop is the best mechanic shop I've ever worked with in 34 years of having cars and trucks. They rebuilt my transmission and I fell into some SERIOUS financial problems. I'm picking up the truck tomorrow after it has been repaired for over 6 months. They have been extremely patient with me. Never threatened me or been rude to me, not once. I'll post another review tomorrow about how the work came out. But based in their professionalism, I'm willing to bet the transmission runs better then the day it was built. Great service my 02 Nissan had a transmission fault. Mack was able to clear the code and give me an estimate for the transmission repair at no charge. I definitely recommend this transmission shop.

I was referred to these guys by engines express after havig a vehicle over there that they could not repair by the time I needed.So I decided to try them out and it has really paid off. Our suburban's transmission basically failed while we're on a road trip. We made it to this shop after stopping at a different place on the road and being told this was the place to go for transmission problems. They were amazing. We were stranded there for about 3 hours while working on getting a rental. The mechanics allowed my children to use their bathroom and gave them snacks to help keep them calm. They rebuilt our transmission the next day in about 6 hours and let us get back to our trip. Also included a warranty on their work. Great guys, super hospitable, quick workers, and efficient.
