Make sure not to drop off the car and then leave and wait for an estimate. That's their way of scamming you with storage fees and ordering parts without your approval and trying to charge you for them even if you decide not to proceed with them. Took months of back and forth as they wouldn't release the car to me as I refused to pay the crazy amount they were charging. When they realized that I am not willing to pay so much out of pocket to fix the car (which they were asking for on top of what the insurance would pay), they decided to charge me $35 a day storage fee for parking it in the empty lot across the street and won't give me the car back until I paid it plus a bunch of other made up fees. Big scammers. Made me pay over $1500 without fixing anything. Just for their time to diagnose the car and send a report to the insurance and then tell me that the insurance doesn't cover the full cost they want to charge and I need to pay thousands out of pocket in difference. I mean charge me for your time but $1500 is just a scam as you did not fix anything in the car. Stay away. Also, the other mechanic quoted me 3.5k less than what they asked! What a rip off this company is.

Took car in for body and mechanical work. Returned with damage still to the drive train, wheel cocked to the right, car actually squeals when you drive it and they returned it to me this way. Having to return it.

I was on my way to work & stopped in to discuss the service I was needing a quote for. I offered to email my vehicle info so Felipe could get a quote together & email me back, at his convenience.But he looked at my vehicle & got me a quote within 10 minutes. And it was a great price.Supporting 'local' has been a great decision.
