Super helpful employee helped me figure out what I needed to do to get my cabinets just like I wanted them. Customer service is great. They let me exchange the stain that ended up being the wrong color and we're great to work with! Can't recommend them enough!

Nothing but good things to say. Reece stayed late one day to make sure I could pick up floors. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with my DIY project. Would recommend to anyone needing oak floors or supplies. They were unbeatable on price.

This was the only place I could find that had oak floor treads in stock when I needed them. They were good quality and much more affordable than other places I checked on in Tyler. We stained them and they turned out beautifully! It’s a family owned business which I like. The manager, Reese, was very polite and helpful with info and also loading the stair treads.

This is the most unprofessional supply store I have ever been to. They don’t know anything about the products they are selling. They never answer their phone. Today, they were 10 minutes late to open and then complained, in Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand, that they couldn’t eat breakfast because they had to load my order.If you’re looking for halfway decent supplies and halfway decent customer service, make the short 2 hour drive to Dallas. This place is so poorly run and stocked. It makes more sense to buy from people who know their product and how to treat customers, even if it’s a 4 hour round trip.
