We showed up looking for a small desk. These guys made us a great deal so we bought 2 desk and all new chairs for our office. We explained that we needed them next day and the owner told us no problem. They delivered exactly what they said and put everything together without a problem. Not one person asked if I needed help until I was walking out the door. The "head" sales person did ask me what I needed, I told him the items I wanted but when I said I ended to pay for them and come back the next day he actually said, "oh God thank you!" (They were at the very top of the shelving, lots of effort needed to get them down). He then said, "don't worry about paying for it, I'll just put your name on it. I left without paying and he missed closing on a sale. I may go back, I want what I found but customer service that day doesn't match their radio spots. Nice products though, I will try them again.

Over the years we have purchased a number of items from Office Barn (both new and used) and have always been pleased with the quality and pricing. They are very professional and have exceeded all expectations from product to delivery.
