I recently placed an order to have 5x7 flyers printed for my business. Horrible print job!! About 25% of my flyers printed crooked. It is obvious the print paper didn’t feed into their printer straight. Next time I will buy the ink and do it myself!!

This place never has what you need in stock. I've even seen them put items on sale in the back room to avoid having to sell them at the discounted price.

Not very happy about service I received in exchanging a defective UPS today. I bought an APC BN1050 UPS on Aug 17, 2024. I turned it off once when I went on a trip and it wouldn't turn back on today. I took it back today thinking it would be an even exchange, but they refunded me from the purchase on Aug 17, 2024 (when it was on sale for 119.99) and then charged me 171.49 for the new one which is the current price today. When I said something about why am I paying current price when this was an exchange for a defective item the only response I got was it was on sale then. I didn't have time to go find a manager to protest it today, so I'll do it via a review. $50 difference is considerable. When something is defective, you shouldn't be charged the current price in the exchange in my opinion. I don't think I will be back.
UPDATE after 2 weeks - no response from store or the request below to send an email to the social media service. I really didn't expect one.

Quick, good hours, and staff seems helpful. However, Office Depot clearly tries to screw over customers that don't pay attention. You must have a rewards number to pay reasonable prices! Bought a flash drive that had the price marked as $12 (only with rewards number). If you don't have a rewards number or don't pay attention the price is over $30!!! Over double the price is insane for not having a rewards number. That flash drive is normally less than $20 at other stores, not including sales. Beware prices on items at this store.
