“Great people. Free shuttle home and back to pick up my truck. Didn't even know it until the guy dropped me off, but Ralph, the owner, was the guy that drove me home. Great guy. Professional, but he acted like a regular guy. Great conversation. Seemed very knowledgeable. The inspection was very thorough. They will get my business again! I'm a YouTube mechanic, so I'll be fixing all the issues they found myself as they were all minor, easy DIY issues, but I'll be buying my tires from them, and they'll be doing any engine work needed on my 5.4l triton; which I expect to start showing up in the next year or two.”

“I had an alternator put on my car. Felipe is an excellent mechanic who’s very honest. His prices are reasonable and he doesn’t price gouge the first alternator was from Autozone and Autozone sold me a bad alternator. I took it back to Felipe at The Mouse Head and once he found out the alternator was bad he dealt with Autozone and getting the right replacement Alternator. I highly recommend Felipe at The Mouse Head he’s a wonderful person who is honest and professional. I will only be taking my car to The Mouse Head from now on they are great and I appreciate that he goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfied as a customer.Services: Auto engine diagnostic”
“A quickie lube place told me my battery needed replacing. I bought it at a Walmart in Conroe a couple of years ago so I felt it was still under its 3 year warranty. John, a service rep, was AWESOME in helping me obtain & install a new battery at no cost even though I couldn't find my receipt for the old one. I was in & out of there on my lunch hour! I'm so thankful for John going the extra mile for me!”

“Very professional. Just had my oil and transmission fluid changed here. After looking at my vehicle, they wanted to wait until the mechanic familiar with my vehicle's transmission was available. I'm quite happy to know they want it done correctly instead of just getting me in and out.
I've used them for oil changes in the past and am now much more comfortable and confident with their work. I'll be using them again.”

Come to find out my battery had been leaking really bad and often due to whoever put my last battery on clamped it down too tight. Needed to be replaced.
