Cleaning out of my son‘s clothes and decided to take them up there. They bought 18 items for $20 all namebrand Nike, Mickey Mouse etc. I hesitated and immediately once I left the store I regretted it. I will be taking these items to Salvation Army from now on. It just seems unethical, because I can go there the next day and see the same items marketed for almost $10 /$15 apiece. The idea of the store is nice, but it doesn’t align in my opinion if you’re going to buy my items for that price you need to sell my items for that price or a little higher, not three times as much.

I hate this once upon a child location. I feel as if the workers pick and choose who to receive clothing from. I had an associate tell me that they do not take Champion, Nike and Gerber baby. I walked through the aisle of the boy clothes and seen all of those brands. Every time I go into this location, they are rude and nasty.

Love going here for kid clothes because it's a bargain you can also sell clothes get store credit or cash 💸 💰 🤑

Went in to get my Grandson some clothes for school. Got the best help possible from Sara. She was great and very helpful. Helped me find what I was looking for and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Props for great service !

Today was our third trip the location in Tyler. It was also the third time that every single one of them girls were rude and snobby as all get out and the LAST TIME WE WILL EVER WALK IN. Always try to chalk it up that someone’s just having a bad day but when you go in there multiple times and multiple times you’re met with snotty look down your nose people who give the impression that they absolutely hate being there will definitely make you never go back. Also can’t figure out why they would stop providing bags for clothes when you’re buying arm loads. They expect you to gather them all up in your arms and head out, but I guarantee you if I was to bring my own bag they would probably want to search it before I left the store when they’re too greedy or lazy to provide bags for you. Not one single person ever ask if we need help or tries to assist us they all just stand at the counter looking at you like “oh well” or staring at their phones.

Sold some really nice, boutique clothes and a several pairs of brand new shoes here. They bought 32 items for $44. Honestly, it’s not even worth the time or drive there for that price. My first and last experience here

Everytime we try to take our cloths in just to get rid of and go shop for new cloths for true deals we always get attitude and looks like we shouldn’t be there like THIS IS YOUR JOB MOT MINE. And for us to bring you something you look us up and down and say”what is this” in an ugly remark when your the one that works at a baby store figure it out. They really need to add another store to Tyler I think EVERYONE agreees with me!!

I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked into this shop and saw how organized and well oriented it was! I came in with my friend from out of town, and was very pleased with the service from the floor manger Tori. She deserves all the stars. Absolute 10/10.
