Very nice resale shop of high quality children's clothing and other children's items such as bassinets, books, and toys. The Tyler location is the nicest one I've visited from this chain. Have purchased many outfits for my grandchildren there.

my wife loves this place and they give more for clothes than lots of other places.

My shopping experience at this store has taken a disheartening turn. The once-attentive young lady, my beacon of assistance, has vanished. Now, the remaining staff, seemingly oblivious to my needs, leaves me adrift in a sea of uncertainty while trying to find items for my beloved grandchild. The dramatic decline in service has cast a shadow over what was once an enjoyable shopping haven. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE!!

This store used to be so clean and neat. Now it smells very bad and was just dirty looking

Wouldn’t take most of the baby clothes we brought due to “condition” of the clothing but there all brand new and all the clothes up there has stains on them.

Once upon a child is my favorite store, in Longview. I’ve been to this one three times and had a bad experience each time with rude employees, no customer service, unorganized chaotic store with not very many cute options. Today I prepare to drive all the way to Longview to shop for my kids and it makes me sick when there’s a OUAC right down the road. I sincerely wish the owner would spend as much time bettering their store as they do defending bad behavior. Please use Longview as an example. When multiple people are willing to drive 45 minutes away for another store, something’s wrong.

Not only are the workers rude and very judgemental, they have no idea what they are doing. I brought in clothes and as I was waiting I decided to shop. ... A LOTA OF GIRLS clothes have holes and are so dindge that they had the nerve to tell me that my clothes were not in good use .. only 4.30 for it.... Nearly 90% was given back and they were all in good use. Seriously this place is a rip off

NEVER again will i step foot in this store! i took a brand new chair type thing that sits in the floor to sell to them, it was bought brand new for $50 i was offered $12.50 for the item, i declined, i notice some cleaner on the tray so i ask for a napkin, i then realized the employee sprayed and drenched the whole item with “tuff stuff” used for stains in vehicles BEFORE i even accepted or declined the offer! and didn’t even have anything to say. so after i left, i called to speak to a manager, and the lady i spoke with says “that’s our store managers rule and she lives in dallas i can have her call you”, how can someone manage a store that lives in dallas? and how can that spray a chemical on items that aren’t even theirs? NEVER AGAIN!

I love Once Upon A Child, but this is one of my least favorite locations.Overall, the items are priced higher than they are at other locations. They "double tag" their hanging price tags, and they don't put the hanging barbs into the correct part of the clothing (like in a seam). 9/10 this creates a completely unnecessary hole/rip in the clothing.

I will not do business here any more. Brought a big bag of clothes no stains many from boutiques they only took maybe a fourth of the clothes I brought. But I look in the store and see dirty high chairs and walkers also broken toys. My husband Robert Rohde brought the clothes in
