I enjoy the atmosphere, the structure of the classes and the friendliness of the staff. The classes allow me to cover cardio, strength and my core. Most importantly, I workout at my fitness level in a structured environment, in a group setting. It’s a win-win!

The facilities are so clean, and I love the private bathrooms with showers. The workouts are challenging and having the stats on your heart rate and calorie burn and all that is phenomenal.

I like that it's a different workout every time I go. I like the challenge to do my very best. I like the trainers at my OTF. They are always encouraging and watch that I keep the best form for each exercise. And there is always a chance to improve my PR when we do benchmarks. I'm glad I gave OTF a try a year ago!!!!!

I went into Orange Theory with the mindset I'll do the free class to make my wife happy as I have done Beach Body at home, joined gyms and even bought a squat rack during Covid and didn't like or stick with any of them. After my first workout, I was intrigued with all the info it picked up on the heart monitor they have you wear. Since you can cancel your contract at anytime, I went ahead and signed up for the unlimited membership, bought the heart monitor and went the next day. All I can say is that I am hooked and addicted to it now and have done 7 workouts in 10 days. Look, I don't look like the guy on the cover of Men's Health (although I'd like to..LOL) as I'm average built and I am 50 YEARS OLD! I love having the live coach to motivate you during class and to also show you the correct form, too. The classes are small and I love that you can book classes on your app. I look at my work calendar and then I book classes for the entire week and near the end of the week, I go ahead and book them for next week. I love booking them, because it holds me accountable in going to the class so I am not charged for missing. I go to the gym in Tyler, TX and thoroughly love all the coaches and look forward to more and more classes!! THANK YOU OTF!!!

Just had the absolute strangest interaction with Front Desk staff. I came in person today to sign up for a Premier unlimited class membership with a Family Member Add-On, and the front desk would not disclose the pricing when even asked point blank on more than one occasion. To be clear, OTF website says contact the front desk for pricing and to be clear I did not need a free trial class prior to deciding if I wanted to join. I just needed to know the costs so I could decide on a Premier or 30 class package and that would be it. I was refused the price disclosure unless I did a free class at some point in the future. So odd. So very odd.

The OT Beat link that is $139.64 (including tax) can not connect to my apple watch and iPhone. I have to contact (email, call, in-person, email) the studio multiple times to have a refund. They never replied to my emails. This triggered me to cancel my membership. Since I got my money back, it is fair to give it a 3 star.

This studio is so great! I have been working out here consistently for a year coming 3-4 times a week at least. I have seen the best results here out of any other gym i have tried. You are guaranteed results when you join this gym and you won't regret trying it out :) The staff is also great and makes this place even more worth it!

Orange theory is the place to go for anyone looking for a well designed, organized gym with very professional, knowledgeable and kind staff. The statistics provided during and after workouts via their heart rate monitor are very motivating and helpful to push yourself to the level you want to achieve. Shoutout to Clair and Utah for the above and beyond communication (with myself and one another) and education they provided me today! Thank you!

I love this place!! OT, is my new addiction!! All the coaches are amazing, helpful and beyond motivating!! I finally found a place that fits my ideal workout! 10 STARS!!!
