Extremely disappointed in their service. They do not deliver on their promise. There is always an excuse for issues. Their promise that if there is an issue after their treatment they will come to your premises and correct issue without additional cost(which is not true) . Have to leave several messages before they respond. Also their promise that if we refund money back to guest will be credited back to us is not true. Their claims are untrue. Looking for another service provider. Also their claim that if we are unsatisfied with their service there will be a 60 day complimentary service without any cost is also untrue. Do not believe what they advertise on their website.
I have been with them since 2022. They ask you to call them but you have to wait on the phone for a very long time before anyone answers.
