“My dad is a contractor so he uses Sherwin Williams a lot. My husband & I just recently moved into a home that needed updating so he sent us there needing a certain kind of paint. Unfortunately, the paint we were told to get would not benefit us for this particular project & Randall was able to help us & get us the best paint for our cabinets. He really took the time to ask as many questions as possible & answer all of ours too to make sure he was providing us with the right service we needed & thankfully he did because we had no clue what we needed. Awesome customer service, really nice people & helpful! We will be back when it’s time to paint the walls.”

“I just want to give a big shout out to the assistant manager at the store. His name is Pedro Cerda, I went to get some paint for my new house, it was a Saturday morning, he was by himself attending at the store with 4 or more customers a head of me. The way he was treating them got my attention. It was so friendly and his positive attitude showed professionalism. He was answering phone calls and switching from English to Spanish in a heart bit. He was fast and efficient, attending accordingly to how the customers were arriving. When it was my turn, I was so glad he was bilingual since my husband only speaks Spanish, he answered all our doubts and helped us pick the best paint for our budget. He gave me his card and told me that if I had another question don’t hesitate to call him. I would definitely go back to Kelly Moore in the future and recommend it to my friends and family. We need more people like him, being bilingual is a plus this days. Kelly Moore is lucky to have him. Great job Pedro Cerda thank you for all your help.”
