I called today July 31, 2023, and the female who answered the phone, named Ms. Kaley. Forgive me if I spelled her name incorrectly. Ms. Kaley created a reservation request that I never created, and this is not the first time I call where she sounds money hungry with her tone of voice, word choice, and heavy breathing of desperation to try to get the most money out of a customer. On Saturday, July 29, 2023, I called as well. All I can say is, I am sorry, but her hostile attitude treating me like I'm a liar helped me make the decision to not be a customer here. When I told her about a deal that was going on during mid July she was acting like I'm lying and that deal has never existed the "50 percent off for 3 months." On certain units. I am very aware of the functionality of how online units are differentiated according to price, size, deals and etc... She was asking me who told you this, and I told her I am not going to tell you who told me of the deal, because I don't want to get no one in trouble. The lady who helped me was very nice, helpful, and respectful for me to be throwing her under the bus by getting her in trouble about a deal that did exist online and when I went in person to confirm the deal, this deal was still in place. In conclusion, this type of attitude that Ms. Kaley has displayed caused me to pull away from getting a storage here.I know the owner is very kind. I used to be a customer here under my partners name from 2021 till 2023.
