I work till 5 everyday. They told me I can schedule my nails after anytime last minute. I called to schedule and they made it seem like such a problem. Eventually scheduling a week out. I scheduled a Walmart order for after and she called 2 hours before trying to convince me to get off early. Which I can’t. Half way through the drive there she cancelled on me and I had to wait almost two hours for my Walmart order. She rescheduled for Friday and again called two hours before asking if I can get off early and then making it seem a problem. I couldn’t and told her that if she was gonna cancel again please do so before 5. She didn’t she talked about how great the nails would be. I chose my length and none of the other nails matched that length or the length of each other. They were wavy and flat all the way through. My middle finger was done as wide as my thumb even though I have dainty nails. I get my nails done all the time and never ever that picky but these I had to go elsewhere and have them taken off and redone. Never again

Called multiple times over an hour between 6pm and 7pm to ask if they take walk ins or to make an appointment no one answers the phone. I was trying to try a new place out for a hair cut but this alone tells me this place is unreliable I called multiple times spaced out over a hour no answer. I won't be giving this place any business of mine. It's unprofessional to ignore your phone.

My boyfriend introduced me to Roque who he used for years and he’s now is my stylist. I’m bringing my son today so he can be his stylist. ?? The Owner is wonderful and the staff is super nice and helpful highly recommended. This place is a Tyler jewel.

After spending a week looking for a salon, today I came here for the first time. The salon itself is very nice and clean with up to date equipment. My stylist Jennifer #1 was absolutely phenomenal! She completely fixed the bad haircut I got elsewhere and did an amazing job coloring my hair I have purple hair and it's a lot of work to keep up and it's so hard to find someone that will do it the way I want it. She never pulled my hair and I got exactly what I asked for and she made it look better than I ever imagined. I thought the price was reasonable before she started but after she was done I left feeling like I got a deal. I will not go anywhere else.
