I had the pleasure of working with Cody White on the purchase of a new car. I had a pretty terrible experience at another dealership in the area and reached out to Patterson Volkswagen. Cody contacted me within 5 minutes of my request, listened to the issues I had and was willing to help me find a solution that made me happy. I had an EOS with a shorted lock. they work very hard to find everything wrong with this item. and fix it perfectly. they kept me informed all the time as to what was going on, just a great bunch of people.

Todd McGuire and the entire service department have gone above and beyond for us each time we take our vehicle in. I won’t even consider using the dealership in my hometown, I will drive an hour to use Patterson. Best experience I’ve had with a service department, can’t recommend these guys enough.

Scott and Rudy were awesome. Scott got us right in and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Rudy showed us the Turbo that was broken. We super appreciate everyone at the Service Department and beyond who helped us. We had a meeting out of town and were going to be driving 8 hrs away. Super quick, efficient, and thoughtful service.
