My wife brought her 2021 Tiguan in on Thursday to have the oil changed and for you to investigate a grinding noise when brakes were applied. You found no issues with the brakes, when I got home I found a brake rotor to be metal on metal with the brake pad.

Bought a brand new Volkswagon Taos here. One of the doors rattles with back wave from the speakers. Some of the team was unsure who to ask or send me to fix this. One of them said they wouldn't help at all.I was directed to the wrong Call number, which in turn escalated my situation further than it had to be. After multiple days of calling different people and eventually having to speak to VW customer care. They agreed to work with me and fix the Back wave coming through the speaker housing rattling the door.Overall they worked with me on my issue, my review would be 5 stars if I wasn't redirected to 3-5 different people before the dealership finally agreed to fix my issue, that could have been resolved the day I took it in for the specific problem.The majority of the team was down to earth and willing to work with me. However lack of knowledge, or experience for who I should have talked to about fixing this I believe was the downfall here. Seeing as my issue could have been solved the original day I took it in for service, instead of a week, and 5 phone calls to different levels of the company later.

A year ago I purchased a 2022 VW Atlas at Patterson VW in Tyler. For several months there has been a very loud screeching sound and grinding vibration when you use the brakes. I have brought the car in twice and have been told it’s probably just condensation and it’s typically weather dependent(even though it happens at all times of day and night and regardless of the weather). They say the pads are at 70% and the braking system checked out fine. Driving the car, anyone can tell there is something very wrong. We have received multiple calls from the sales team because we looked at cars on their lot a while back before our issues, but they’ve never called about our brake problems. If you are looking for an eager sales team, Patterson is the place, if you are looking for solid customer service after purchase, I’d recommend elsewhere.

Everything about this company is unprofessional, especially Todd the service guy he should be fired. He’s rude and after you buy a car from them it’s not their problem. You could pay the highest warranty and not get nothing out of it when somethings wrong since I had my truck since April Third my engine light has went off more than 20 times and when I went in to talk to somebody, they said it’s not their problem

I brought my car in for a 30,000 mile service. Todd was simply amazing - Courteous, professional, and my car was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend Todd and this dealership!

The service went fine. I would have given 5 stars if I was not waiting so long. I waited over 3 hours for an oil change, tires, and alignment. All services at this location seem to take a very long time - even with an appointment.

So, I made an appointment to get my VW checked out because of some shifting issues, Ac issues and engine temp issues. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership, dropped the car off and a couple of days later got a call that there was nothing wrong with it. The service coordinator said I could have the tech ride with me when I picked it up. The next day I picked the car up and of course the tech was too busy to take a ride. I showed the service coordinator a picture of the gage where the car was getting hot and his response was that's normal. Got in my car and left and the tech had been listening to his phone on my radio so the volume was at full blast when i turned it on. Fast forward to today and the issues I was having with the transmission finally came fourth with it going out. Trust the reviews on here, this is a poor excuse for a service facility.

My AC went out on my 2020 Tiguan and this dealer had my car for over 30 days. They said they couldn't find the leak and kept talking about the amount of hrs to tear apart the dashboard to replace the evaporator. The service coordinator told me that they have 50 cars in the shop and 10 cars ahead of me. After 30 days, the story didn't change much. Customers should NEVER have to make repeated calls and visits to the shop to get an update.I took my car to Demontrond VW in Conroe and they found the issue in leas than 1 day. They ordered the condenser ( in front of the radiator) from the VW Fort Worth warehouse and I got my car back in 3 days. Their service coordinator kept me update on my car each day because they know it is hot in a work car when it is 100-106F outside.Unless you got a lot of time to waste, I would not recommend Patterson' s VW service dept to anyone.

I felt they had changed their procedure, since previously I had driven up and been met at the entrance while I was in the car to determine what I needed. I had to go inside to get help this time, and there was no signage to help me navigate that process. That said, once inside I was very pleased with the interaction and felt I was handled in a courteous and timely manner.

Compared to several other dealerships that I contacted about my vehicle problems, they not only wanted to help me, they went the extra mile to keep me informed and made me feel like they had my best interest in mind. I appreciate that and was pleased that I was able to get the necessary work done in Tyler, even with the fact that I had to truck transport my vehicle there from West Monroe, Louisiana. I would recommend their service department to anyone. Thank you.

I made an online appointment. I’m from out of state. My husband was in Tyler on business so I decided to service my VW Atlas Cross Sport while there. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by someone in service opening the door for me. It took me 2 minutes to get checked in. I was then sent a text stating I could either text or call that number if I needed anything while waiting on my vehicle (Love that!) It only took an hour for them to finish up. When everything was taking care of I was informed they also washed my vehicle! I was pleasantly surprised! How amazing of them. Overall I had an incredible experience. Thanks Patterson VW!

We previously had our Audi serviced in Dallas and were always well informed and pleased with the service, but when we moved to Tyler and had a maintenance issue, we took it to the Volkswagen dealership since there is not an Audi dealership here. They charged three times more than what the issue should have cost, never called to give us an estimate before doing the work, and kept the car for a week for what took less than a few hours to fix. The service department was completely and shockingly unprofessional. I would strongly urge anyone who is considering taking their vehicle to this dealership to look for another place to have your car serviced. This is by far the worst experience and the worst staff we have ever encountered.

Wouldn't recommend bringing your car here unless you want to keep bringing in your vehicle after you got it "fixed" and the next day have to bring it in because they didn't do the job right before. Todd would be the first individual you will Encounter to get your car in the system. He is very unprofessional very rude also takes it personal when you ask questions about his workers if they know what they are doing because it took over 8 days for nothing to get done right so I had to make calls to Todd asking for updates he said he will call you back when you leave a message regarding your vehicle but most of the time doesn't.There was always something more that needed to be done, i already paid over 500 the first time but the second go around was 900 and after having my vehicle for 8 days I had to call and see what's taking forever, like I said he never updates you.Todd said it will be 3323.23 to get my car fixed. Of course I didn't go threw with it . I'm a woman and they cheat you out your money I was a target. Please be cautious out there I would reconsider.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Horrible experience ever with Service. Todd is 100% UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. They need to replace these service techs ASAP. They don't know what their doing first time I took it in asked for a full diagnosis They diagnose it , "fix it" and next day after picking it up engine light went on. So I took it back and they had it for almost 2 weeks just for nothing to be done although I told them the issue in the first place they ignored me wanted to "fix" other things just for me to go personally and they tell me exactly what I told them to fix. You won't get any calls or updates you have to be persistent just to get details. Each time it got more and more expensive first 600, then 900 and then now over 3,000 just for fuel injectors ??? They are definitely scammers the car is still in the same shape of when I first brought it in they pretend to fix it to get more money and then keep coming up with new things and to top it off they don't know what their doing. They were telling me how they were struggling to put it back together so they literally had to call corporate just to give them directions on what to do. SMH. Never go here.
