I needed my oil changed but wasn’t able to get there any earlier than 5:05PM. The service department closes at 6:00. And I did not have an appointment. Not only did they squeeze me in at the last minute, they even took the time to wash and vacuum my car. They’ve always been pleasant and professional!

Sammy Cantu did a great job for me. He took the time to get to know me a bit so he could understand what my needs were. The whole staff there was good. Would do business there again.

Worst customer service there is. Put my car in the shop 10/3 and was just now able to get today 10/25. Their communication was non-existent, they went a full week without updating the status. During this week nothing was done to my car, it sat there. I requested the service manager call, he/she did not call me. It took me calling and complaining for them to realize that when someone leaves, they need to assign that person's work to someone else. I was seriously considering trading my vehicle in for a new one after it was fixed, but it will for sure not be with Peltier Nissan. I will trade my vehicle for another brand and assure that I do not ever have to go back there.

Overall, the financing vehicle experience was wonderful! I was a little nervous at first but Lupe made the entire process smooth! He is a great asset to the team and was grateful he was selected to handle the entire process! Very friendly, knowledge and works hard to create a good experience with customers! I highly recommend Peltier Nissan! I love my new vehicle!

I had a fantastic experience during my first video to the dealership for maintenance. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and especially Steven made sure to address all of my concerns. The service was efficient, and my vehicle felt as good as a new when I left. I am impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail, and I will definitely be returning for future maintenance needs. Highly recommended!

In today's world where service isn't a great priority, the folks at Peltier were quite the opposite. I was greeted by very courteous service techs and they handled their business with professionalism and efficiency! Service was fast and friendly! A great job to all involved!

I will not be buying from them again. The pickup I bought had to get a new transmission at 92,000 miles. The service advisor told me that the average on these transmission were around 100,000 miles and they were referred to as throw away transmissions. There was no communication. They would say they would call with an update and never would. Once I got the truck back I noticed every time I would come to a stop something would shift and make a noise. I took it back to the Nissan shop and they could they left some bolts loose. Moving ahead to. Ow. Truck in the shop and was told by service advisor he would call at the end of the day. No call so I called him the next morning. Now come to find out I could have gotten this same repair for almost half of what they are charging at a local mechanic shop. I need to add to this. Checked on getting transmission serviced. pettier Nissan $350 outside garage $250. Doesn’t matter that we have bought 7 vehicles from Perrier Nissan in the last 12 years.

Would highly recommend 100 out of 10!!! These guys are all amazing but Sammy is the best!! He went above and beyond to make an experience that is normally stressful, not only fun but by the time I left it felt like we were family. He was so genuine and honest. He made the process simple and was so knowledgeable about the engine and the features. I was so impressed. If you need a vehicle this is THE place to go! Ask for Sammy and you won’t leave disappointed!

Mitchell was awesome. Listened to my concerns and explained the best action to take. Great customer service from beginning to end. He even checked the work afterwards to make sure it was completed to standards. The shuttle service to take me back to work was great! The driver was very nice and polite. All around fantastic service.

Our salesman, Lupe, was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He did a wonderful job helping us and answering questions. Couldn’t ask for a better salesman. The whole dealership experience was smooth and we left pleased with our purchase.

Updated at the end.. Short answer was Mr. Kendrick was amazing from the first phone that I made to the the final handshake! Ended up driving 3.5 hours to a much needed upgrade for my wife and it was worth it! From first call to purchase in under 24 hours is amazing! Financing was super easy and transparent! No pushing to over sell extra add ons………..Update, I Do Not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from Peltier Nissan. 7 days/ 481 miles after purchase, our 2019 Lincoln that we purchased from them left my wife, kids and me sitting on the side of the road while it was 100+ degrees. I called the extended warranty company and they could not find my information regarding my contract number or VIN. Called Peltier Nissan to make sure the paperwork got submitted and explained what was happening, I was told they would ask…no return phone call. Later I called the warranty company back and spoke with another person and he was able to find my last name and was able to setup up towing. Called Peltier Nissan back to find out what can be done since now my wife has no vehicle to get to appointments, school, etc for the week. Again, I expressed my concerns….nothing. So, I have owned this 2019 Lincoln for 13 days and its been waiting on a $1000 repair for 6 of those days, and the extended warranty is not covering.

Not sure what to say or think. Took my car in once to get an oil change, then it wouldn’t crank after the service tech started working under the hood, had to go home in a loaner n go back to get car next day. Bought a battery at Peltier n had warranty, went back to exchange under warranty July 27, 2023 at 9:05 am and didn’t get to leave until 1:20 pm. This was with 8-10 different customers coming in for service after me n leaving before me, n all I was after and getting was a battery, which I still had to pay a warranty prorated charge n labor. It wasn’t like I was getting anything free as far as product or services. Because my time wasn’t value, I was late for work n missed some important obligations I had before work because I allowed myself 2 hours for my battery n it took over 4 hours. Not that I expected anything extra, but most people got their car washed, and in 4 hours of been there, nothing. Car went in a little dirty, came out the same way. Called back twice (different days) to speak with service manager n he’s wasn’t available. So today Peltier texted me a text to voice my opinion, I understand things happen, but my battery situation was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. Cashier n all knew I was upset over the situation, n no one offer an apology nor showed any empathy in the matter. They want me to trade my car for another one , and this is the customer service I will be expecting on my investment??????

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer...!! It took 3 days before they got it into the shop and the tail lights were on killing the battery which required me to get a new battery. The problem was electrical, the tail lights would come on and stay on and their diagnostics entailed switching out the break light switch and when the tail lights would not come on, they determined that was the fix.....! WELL, THE BATTERY WAS DEAD AND OF COURSE THEY WOULD NOT COME ON...!!! After a $500 bill, the problem was not fixed and the tail lights still come on by themselves. This is a parts replacement shop with very little knowledge. The service adviser was hard to get a hold of. Left several msgs and come to find out she did not know how to check her VM...!! If it were not for MY pro-activeness, my car would still be there collecting dust. The only time I would suggest taking your vehicle to this dealership, is if it is a factory warranty for a new vehicle...!! I was charged for replacing the break light switch which included removing and replacing the dash. I had already removed the dash making it easier for them and hopefully quicker to do the job. When I picked up the vehicle, they left the dash laying all over the front seat of the vehicle. OVER CHARGED...!! I understand why individual shops are so busy, is people learn real fast to take your vehicle to them instead of a over charging incompetent dealer who is uncooperative and incompetent self serving company. They charge you regardless how long it takes them to make a parts replacement and will not release your vehicle unless you pay their super over charging practices...!! I will be sure and make my experiences voiced with everyone I come in contact with. Save yourself the risk with this dealer and find a competent individual shop unless you have a factory warranty on a new vehicle...!!
