Peltier Subaru was great! We needed our older Outback looked at for repairs. The booking process was great! They were very thorough and upfront with all pricing. They did a great job.

Niko treated me very well... I had never purchased through a dealership before, and had also never financed a car, but he patiently helped me through the process. The day after the purchase there was an object between the break pad and disk (probably picked up off the road as I was driving), but they fixed it at no charge to me. Still in my first week with the vehicle, but so far my experience has been excellent.

Service Department is always helpful & attentive. They keep you updated as they complete the work.We decided to upgrade while we were there & Marcus took great care of us. He is knowledgeable and kind. Made buying a new car an easy experience. Go see him!

What a positive fun experience I had at Peltier Subaru today when I took my Subaru Crosstrek for its first oil change and tire rotation! Service Rep Mark Pool greeted me with a tag in hand, asked my name, shook my hand and introduced himself. Within minutes I was sitting in a comfy chair in the Service lounge. A text came from Mark in seconds offering assistance should I need anything, just text! In what was a very reasonable wait, Mark appeared with the results of my car’s checkup and service. All done, top notch service, professional and pleasant interactions, feel very good about putting my Subaru in the hands of the pros at Peltier!Oh, vacuumed and looking good!!

For the second time in 7 months, our Subaru key fobs stopped working . We took the vehicle to Peltier Subaru (again). After a day or two, a Service Rep called and told us that the batteries on both key fobs tested low in voltage.I immediately suspected that this was not the issue, as there were a few other strange peculiarities happening also with the vehicle.At some considerable expense, we had the TPMS Module replaced at Peltier just 7-1/2 months ago. I informed the Service Rep about this and was asked if we would like the TPMS Module re-programmed. Of course, I said yes.Today, we received a call from Peltier Subaru telling us that the TPMS Module that they replaced 7-1/2 months ago was bad, and they would have to replace it, free of charge.Fine.However, it amazes me that the diagnosticians at Peltier Subaru apparently did not consult our service history, and that they would not have already checked the TPMS Module without the customer having to mention it.(The service department seems to be dominated by women employees. Just sayin.)So, they that ordered the new TPMS Module, and who knows how long it will take for delivery and installation.In the meantime, I asked for a loaner car, and was given this song and dance about how none were available.We are both seniors who live almost 60 miles away from Peltier Subaru.This is the last time that we will trust Peltier Subaru with servicing our vehicle, and it is the last Subaru we will ever own.We still have a Toyota Camry that we bought new in 2009, and we have never had such problems as we have had with the Subaru. Since we will be purchasing a new car in the spring, it will be a Toyota (and not purchased from any Peltier-related dealership).

I had an appt, and they took me back on time. Mark was our customer rep that helped and kept us in the loop during our service. He told us it would take approximately an hour for the service. We were walking over to pay within the hour. They had great complimentary snacks & drinks. Everyone that came to the waiting area checked on us and was wonderful. Peltier Subaru was great! Will definitely go back!

my husband and I purchased a vehicle here back in 2013/14. We still have the vehicle. It's a great little car with no problems. I have gone back to this dealership since then and the staff is just as friendly and professional as they were 10 years ago.

I had mentally prepared myself for going into the dealership for the classic high-pressure car salesperson. Then I met Marcus, the most laid-back, non-pushy salesperson I could have hoped for. He was friendly and helpful. He listened and was accommodating. He was responsive to my questions, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, and walked me through the car ordering process. He made the entire experience very pleasant, from ordering until I took delivery of the car. If you are in Tyler or a short drive away and looking to purchase a Subaru, please visit Peltier and ask for Marcus.

The service technicians did a wonderful job of diagnosing and repairing the vehicle's transmission fault in a timelymanner.However, the parts department enjoys charging nearly 200% for parts that can be purchased from Subaru warehouse. This particular instance I was going to be charged nearly $1500 for an $850 part until I voiced my opinions. This same thing happened a couple of months ago on a window control module that I ultimately replaced myself for the same pricing reasons. The service department was kind enough to work with me on pricing, but one should be wary of the prices they are quotes.

Love the vehicle so far and liked our sales guy. Also appreciated that Peltier gave me a loaner while we waited for them to get the Outback color I wanted. However beware of the various business offices and people you have to negotiate with and insist on getting everything in writing. We negotiated 2 items to be included in the sales price and THOUGHT we were all clear. I paid full price up front, then waited several weeks for the car but they ultimately did not honor one of the negotiated extras claiming it was not included.

From start to finish, Niko did a fabulous job helping us get the best deal. He is authentic and worked so well is and with the team at Peltier. It was also nice to see the GM there checking on customers and showing great leadership to his team. I cannot forget Mrs. Pam, she is a joy and my husband and I loved visiting with her.We are excited for our new car and we will definitely be back when it’s time for our next vehicle.

Blake Reid was great as our salesman. We visited several dealers when trying to decide what vehicle we wanted. Blake was the only salesman we encountered that didn’t pressure us into buying a car at his dealership. He genuinely wanted us to find the car that was right for us. For weeks he answered every question we had and showed us every vehicle we requested to look at. Every person we encountered at Peltier Subaru was kind and welcoming. We definitely recommend Peltier Subaru and suggest you ask for Blake! (Jon Dora also helped us when Blake was not in the office. He was great as well and very nice!!!)

Miguel Felix was the best salesperson I have ever had help me. He was friendly, helpful, honest, and efficient. I wish I could remember the name of the finance person who helped us, because he was great too. It was a low pressure experience.

Jon Dora was awesome! I came in determined on taking a care home and he sure did everything I could to help me with my circumstances. I couldn’t be more grateful to have someone like him help make this first big purchase. He made everything so smooth and easy and assured me he did all he could do to make sure I was satisfied.
