I took my truck in for 4 new tires on February 4th. I noticed the front end shaking like one of the tires isn't balanced correctly. I went back today (10th) to have them fix it. I walked in the service center at 1:30 and there was no one there. I stood there for 10 minutes and no one ever came out. All the bay doors were closed and no one was working. I had to call the stores phone to get (Tim) to come out of hiding. I explained the situation and he simply said sorry, no one can fix it today because no one is working. Simply told me to try again another day and maybe I'd have better luck.
