They were not taking new clients as it was so late but when I told my situation they saw me and my fur baby. The groomer was super great- kind, professional and so very good with my fur baby, Rebel. Rebel immediately trusted her and was such a good boy during his nail trim. Very different from when I went to a different pet store and someone inexperienced and fearful trimmed my Rebel's nails. Thank you so much.

By the time I finished paying, I looked around and he had already loaded cat litter, 4 bags of feed and several misc. items as well. I had come in from out of town, it had been raining and I had been running all day and I can’t say how much I appreciate all his help. He was really great. Kept the line moving and made time to be very polite and nice to each customer. Hope he will check me out again next time l am in town so I can tell him what a nice impression he made for Petsmart. Sorry I didn’t catch his name.

We’ve been through just about every stage of pet ownership with them—from rescue care, to emergencies, to surgery, to the hardest goodbye a family can face—and they have never let us down.
Our journey with them started when my husband rescued a puppy that was barely hanging on. At the time, we didn’t even know if we were going to keep him, but the staff showed incredible compassion and even worked with us on the cost because of the situation. We ended up adopting him and naming him Trigger.
Unfortunately, Trigger was diagnosed with a serious heart condition. Copeland referred us to specialists who could perform the surgery he needed, but the procedure was far beyond what we could afford. Instead of making us feel hopeless, they helped us focus on giving him the best quality of life possible. They walked alongside us through hospice care and, when the time came, helped us say goodbye with such kindness and dignity.
The care they provide during the euthanasia process is unlike anything we’ve experienced elsewhere. They are patient, compassionate, and never rush you. The memorial keepsakes are beautiful—from choosing the wood for the urn to receiving your pet’s paw print. It meant so much to our family. Having experienced the loss of another dog years before moving here, I can honestly say the level of compassion and memorial care we received at Copeland was on another level.
Since then, they’ve become our veterinarian for every animal we own. We briefly made the mistake of trying another clinic to save money on a routine procedure, and it ended up costing us far more—in both money and stress. We came back to Copeland, apologized for ever leaving, and they welcomed us back with open arms without a hint of judgment. They’ve been helping us ever since.
Our dog also has an unfortunate talent for throwing himself through windows (yes…more than once), requiring anesthesia, stitches, and emergency care. Every single time, Copeland has been there for us with professionalism, compassion, and outstanding medical care.
What stands out just as much as their medical expertise is the character of the people who work there. Even on what was clearly a busy day, the veterinarian took time to stop and admire the fish with my little boy. Moments like that tell you everything you need to know about the hearts of the people caring for your pets.

I called Barks and they were able to accommodate his stay last minute. I called to check in and they actually took the phone back to him and gave us a full account of his stay at that point and upon returning again full details he was happy and tired.

It is really hard to find a burger that is perfectly cooked and seasoned and usually at most restaurants, burgers are Bland and do not taste good... same with fries...usually fries are just fries and don't taste very good... however that's not the case here! Food came out very quickly and the fries and burger were seasoned perfectly and cooked just right! Definitely will be coming back soon! Absolutely love the cajun twist!

Receiving the keepsakes meant so much to me. The paw print charm and the nose print charm are beautiful, heartfelt reminders that I will treasure forever.
What made this experience even more meaningful is that they made things right. I had a very disappointing experience with the previous owners when they handled my Malibu Rose, and I was hesitant because of that. This team restored my faith with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.

No appointments in the summer after 12pm or so due to the fact that you have to wait in line in your car, and sometimes people have a car that will overheat or their a/c doesn't work (which you would think would be pointless because you have an appointment with a time they give you).
How about letting some come inside with their pet that can have access to water?
Also, letting people come in to pay instead of waiting on a member of the staff to come out?
All told, we were in our car for an hour before we could get going again. Absolutely horrible wait time for being outside in a heat index of 104.
