They were not taking new clients as it was so late but when I told my situation they saw me and my fur baby. The groomer was super great- kind, professional and so very good with my fur baby, Rebel. Rebel immediately trusted her and was such a good boy during his nail trim. Very different from when I went to a different pet store and someone inexperienced and fearful trimmed my Rebel's nails. By the time I finished paying, I looked around and he had already loaded cat litter, 4 bags of feed and several misc. items as well. I had come in from out of town, it had been raining and I had been running all day and I can’t say how much I appreciate all his help. He was really great. Kept the line moving and made time to be very polite and nice to each customer. Hope he will check me out again next time l am in town so I can tell him what a nice impression he made for Petsmart. Sorry I didn’t catch his name.

3710 Westway St, TylerWe have been taking our Mini Schnauzers to the Groom Room since they were Puppies and are now 2 -1/2! They LOVE to go there to hang out and play with their Doggie Friends and are looking for their harnesses/leashes in the mornings on the days they go! Sometimes on the weekends too! They love the Girls there and have lots of other Mini Schnauzers in their play group! Kat and her employees all love Dogs and Cats, mostly dogs, and we NEVER have to worry about them when they are there. Best Doggie Play Care and Boarding in Tyler, in our opinion. You just can't go wrong when your babies just LOVE to go there and you don't have to feel bad about letting them just go and be DOGS WITH OTHER DOGS!!

Dr. Twomey had the compassion to believe in my fur baby and continue treating him, seeing that he has a good quality of life even though he is paralyzed from his rear legs. He never judged my decision and immediately took action to care for him 4 years ago…and still remembers him to this day. ? Dr. Twomey is incredibly kind, and I don’t see myself ever changing vets.

Additionally, the Dr and the staff are amazingly friendly. He has saved a number of cats and dogs, some of which roam around the office. A great experience, and my dog's teeth are pearly white.

I was afraid to try and find a new vet here for my cats since I’ve just moved to Tyler and wanted to make sure I picked out someone who understood cats well. I’m so glad I picked Dr. Embry because he not only helped me with my concerns, but also offered advice on bettering my own at home care for my cats! Not only did he provide me with advice, but he did not pressure me when it came to any testing or care on their end like most vets (in my experience) tend to do.
I will DEFINITELY be returning for both of my cats! 10/10 experience!

My son recommended the Boudin Burger, which sounded good except I despise mayo. I ordered it with mustard, best burger I have had in years! I will not be going to the water burger place anymore. I see some complaints about the price…. Everything is expensive these days, but this tasted fresh, slightly salty (which I like), with just the right amount of greasiness that reminded me of burgers I had as a child. Another person in or group got a regular hamburger and was raving about how good it was. Give it a shot!

I went there today and Kristi served us. She was engaging and fun, helpful to understand the menu since it was our first time there and checked on us often.
The teamwork between the staff is outstanding!
I had the 3-grilled pork chops, with green beans, okra and I added a loaded side salad with homemade blue cheese dressing. Total yum!!!!
My husband ordered the catfish dinner and said it was one of the best catfish that he has ever had.
We also ordered the fried green tomatoes that came with homemade ranch dressing.
They have complimentary beans (either pinto or chili beans) and Blue Bell ice cream. We tried both types of beans, but we both agreed that the chili beans were our favorite.
The ice cream is hand scooped and not a stingy portion, it was nice size scoops.
The only thing that was a minor negative was the drink options, I prefer Coke or Mountain Dew, but the waitress recommended the RC Cola and that is what I had. It wasn’t bad and was okay with the selection. Hubby had Orange Crush. When we were leaving I asked if I could get a sweet tea to go so I could try it as well. It was a good southern sweet, but not sweet enough to give you cavities which I’m sure is preferred by most. Personally, I like the more sweeter version of cavity inducing sweet tea, but it was still yummy.
There are so many great menu options that you could easily go several times a week and have an amazing variety.
This is my new comfort food favorite in town and will be coming back time and time again!! I cannot believe we’ve only lived in Tyler 3-weeks and I’ve already found a true favorite place to eat!!!

The Humane Society's Pets Fur People
1823 County Rd 386, TylerI had a very emotional and difficult situation involving my dog recently, and I truly appreciate the kindness, patience, and professionalism the staff showed me during the entire process. Even while I was upset and overwhelmed, they treated me with compassion, listened to my side, and never made me feel judged.
The director and staff took the time to speak with me, explain everything, and work with me regarding the situation and vet fees so that I could bring my dog back home. Their understanding and willingness to help meant more to me than words can explain.
You can tell this shelter genuinely cares about both the animals and the people involved. I’m very grateful for the way they handled everything and for giving me the opportunity to make things right. Thank you again to Kat and the entire staff for your kindness and compassion.

SPCA of East Texas Adoption Center
3245 W Grande Blvd, TylerGreat people/staff, great facility, affordable pricing. Policies and Procedures should really be revised, as in:
No appointments in the summer after 12pm or so due to the fact that you have to wait in line in your car, and sometimes people have a car that will overheat or their a/c doesn't work (which you would think would be pointless because you have an appointment with a time they give you).
How about letting some come inside with their pet that can have access to water?
Also, letting people come in to pay instead of waiting on a member of the staff to come out?
All told, we were in our car for an hour before we could get going again. Absolutely horrible wait time for being outside in a heat index of 104.
