Nyla, the head groomer and the team are amazing, and took great care of my Akita, " Princess". It's the only store we buy dog food, supplies, and grooming!

Bought a protective collar and pet carrier at this store the carrier is great but the collar didn’t work so I tried to return the item with the receipt and was told I couldn’t because it’s been past 30 days! I then asked if they would do store credit instead of a refund and they refused! Not friendly and will not budge on returns after 30 days! I would not recommend this store!

Water test perfect when I purchased 5 large angle fish. 1 died next day
1 died in 3 days. 1 died today. 6/19/24. There Water test showed slight change in alkalinity. Refused refund. Said tank had a Over load of something. Only thing added were their angle fish and 5 snails. About $ 85.00 wasted . Their $85.is worth more than a good customer. I've had aquariums for over 30 years. Have NEVER experienced this many dead fish in such a short time. Sure I've had fish from other stores die. But not at this rate. These aren't the only fish from them that have died but it was not this quick

I called yesterday evening 6/8 to see if I can get a dog that I rescued from the storm a bath and how much it would cost. We somehow got on the dog having fleas and I said he doesn’t scratch a lot but I know there is some most likely. I just wanted the dog clean and fresh. The man working the front counter said that since the dog has fleas he can’t go in for a bath. I’ve bathed my boyfriends dog there MULTIPLE times in the past and I’m sure he had a flea or two but I never had a problem.

I love the people and the staff here! They take suck good care of the pets. I have not once gotten a sick fish or sick pet. Amazing!
