The atmosphere was weird and the customer service was way off. The employees had this blank look on their faces over and over with basic questions. This made me very uncomfortable given they were in possession of my dog and I really had no control over the situation.I asked about the cremation process because I was curious and the employees both times I came in the employees mentioned me asking "questions" in a weird way which came off quite negative like what I was asking was odd. I asked one question! The price of an urn was also different when picking up my remains and when I asked about this nobody knew what the price was they were just saying random prices. What I am about to say really takes the cake though ( no pun intended ). When i was picking up my remains the employee randomly asked if I "wanted a piece of cake" and I was extremely off put by this comment. Yeah I would love a piece of cake to celebrate my dead dog... Unbelievably stupid comment given my circumstances. I was so put off by this comment I just wanted to get the hell out of this place.I am satisfied with the cremation, but understand some people do not want cheesy certificates, urns, all this extra stuff and you should give customers a cheaper option if asked for it. I really just wanted my dogs remains in a bag and a paw print. PLEASE find someone with come charisma to handle customers!

When the unfortunate day comes, know you'll be taken care of.Our sweet old lady, Canyon, passed away after 11 amazing years of life. She was more than a pet, she was a member of our family. We didn't know what to expect during this process, but we were guided through with courtesy calls from Pets & Friends. The top level communication was not expected and did not go un-noticed. It helped put our mind at ease, knowing that they were moving along with a purpose to get our sweet old lady back home.Their experience shows, because we didn't think to ask for a imprint of her paw yet they did it without us asking. In a little knit bag, they gave us some of her hair and a snip of her bandana that she wore on her neck. These small things for us are amazing and very thoughtful for a family who is grieving and may not think of these small things that go the extra mile. I paid for their services, but I didn't expect any of this. Thank you Alondra, Ned, Misty, Katie, and Susan. God Bless you all.

I have never lost a dog of my own until this August. One of my shih tzus, Bella (12) tragically passed away suddenly from a bleeding disorder/cancer. When I went to make arrangements, my other dog, Diva(11), in tow, the staff said we could visit Bella. I was taken aback and unsure, but soooo glad we did. It was healing for both of us as hard as it was. I have and will continue to refer people to Pets and Friends!!! They make the excruciating process a little more bearable. ❤️

I wasn't prepared for the comfort these folks would provide. My beloved cat suffered a sudden and tragic death. I didn't want throw him in a field like a piece of garbage and our animal control unit doesn't have the resources for offering respectful disposal. I contacted Pets & Friends and was given loads of information and options. I chose a private cremation for my dear departed. I'm still weepy over the loss of my kitty but P&F professional and compassionate demeanor has been tremendously comforting. They never made me feel like I was going over the top over a cat--yes, my adored cat, a member of my family.

The folks at this place are so very kind. We had to put our 18 year old dog to sleep recently (8/20/2023) and she was transported there by the veterinarian (Dr. Janell Pearson) who euthanized her. I received a call from them just a few hours after they received Peaches’ body to make the arrangements for her cremation. I could barely speak for crying but the lady I spoke to was so patient even though I had to ask her to repeat information more than once. There was never a rushed or annoyed tone to her voice which I sincerely appreciate. She referred to Peaches as my baby and they would let me know when she was ready to come back home. That meant so much to me. I was worried about getting her collar and tags but she assured me that I would get them back and I think they washed her collar. This is the first time I’ve had a pet cremated and I highly recommend using this business for that process.

This is an experience that nobody wishes to go through. Losing a member of the family , or in my case, my best friend. The staff was so patient with me and very understanding. Rest assured that they are treating your pet as their own.

I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff that helped me. So much compassion and empathy were shown to me today. I wish I could remember the young ladies name that helped me, but I was a total mess after having to let my fur baby cross the rainbow bridge so unexpectedly. She is truly an angel ? and very much appreciated ❤️

I normally don’t write reviews unless asked to. But this places needs this review I never in my entire life have experienced customer service like this they are hands down amazing folks and very responsive. I called them literally at 11:58pm and they answered the call within not even 3 rings I thought I was going to get a voice mail otherwise I wouldn’t have called. Phenomenal customer service and hands down makes the saddest experience (cremation and all that entails, they provide a lot of options you won’t get from a veterinarian’s office) smooth. I would highly recommend you take your pet here if the day comes. They are very caring about the process and professionalism is beyond measure. Truly thank you for making the saddest experience of my life easier on me I truthfully appreciate it.

The wonderful staff at Pets and Friends are very caring and helpful during a time of grief or (in my case) shock. My dog died very unexpectedly and I was having a hard time making decisions for her. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I can be sure they will continue to show compassion and understanding during a difficult time.
