The pilot itself is amazing but if I could give no stars to their McDonald's its run by a bunch or children that dont know the importance of time not only for its drivers but for its door dashers as well everytime I come in here as a washer its a good half hr wait no communication everyone is just standing around 🙄😒 good luck drivers beware

It sucks trying to get out of this place. Also, I use the pilot my rewards app at every pilot I go to for discounts. Half of the pumps the barcode scanners don’t work and the pumps wouldn’t even let me input the number manually. I tried four pumps. Last pump told me please see cashier, I eventually went across the street to the DK.
