Not only did Ms. Kim and her staff do an amazing job; They were great conversationalist and funny. 10 out of 5 stars. After 4 or 5 nails salons in Tyler, I have found my home for nail salons. 😍🤩🥳😍

I went In there to get acrylic nails and she only put a tip on 3 of my nails you can see my index nail looks different , did a bad job at the nails these are the worst nails I have got. The book says they are 40$ but they charged me 60$ when these aren’t even worth 40$ in my opinion. He said these were extra because of the high arch? But did not ever say they were going to be 20 more dollars. Plus I did ask for the regular French tip but he did not hear me. He was being rude and not willing to do 40$ for these ugly nails. I didn’t even get what I asked for and had to pay extra. Bad establishment. Bad job and bad customer service.

I love going here to get my nails done!! I drive an hour for the quality this place provides! Beautiful, unique and sturdy! I get to be creative and always enjoy the work Tony does! I send all my friends and family to Posh Nails!
