Zach Pruett was professional, easy to talk, to understand and very forthcoming with information. He conducted a thorough inspection. After his inspection, he conducted a walkthrough and highlighted some safety concerns and recommended repairs. The detailed digital report which followed contained colored pictures, arrows pointing to the items that were describing in the report, and an open invitation to call with any questions.
