Josh is always smiling along with christine and the whole team. Our whole business does business with them and we wouldnt choose anyone else. I have a savings and checking with them. They are friendly ,great and you will feel welcome and at home.

I recently completed a residential real estate transaction and want to give two thumbs way up to Prosperity Bank and Landmark Title in Tyler. Sonya Brasher at the Tyler Prosperity Bank location along with Mary Baker and Mindy Wall could not have been more responsive and professional. Moreover, Sarah Dunklin at Landmark Title presided over a quick and easy closing. Overall, the entire process, from the loan application to the closing, was a 10 out of 10. I will definitely use both again. (Thanks to realtor Bert Powell of Powell Properties in Tyler for the recommendation.)

I’ve had them before and they’re awful even in Corpus Christi , Tx.. they just have no clue what account you’re talking about if there is more than one account and it’s really bad if you have just 2 accounts an you tell them I want to put my money in my business account and they’re like we can’t find it and won’t put your money in it!!!!!!!!??♀️??♀️REALLY

I have been with this bank for a while now and why I havent switched to another bank is beyond me. Maybe its because I have memorized my acct and card number so its just been easier to stay. I do have to say that they are not very helpful, their system usually doesn't update over the weekend, so when I spend money on a Sunday, it is still showing Fridays balance. Also, why in the world would two Prosperity Bank locations offer money orders, but the main bank (beckham) doesnt offer them. You would think they would at least post a sign at the other two banks letting people know that? Oh and dont even get me started on the 5.00 bill pay fee for each bill you pay online, plus the $20 charge if your balance is negative anytime during the billing cycle. Not to mention the unlimited $35 overdraft charges. Please trust me and run FAR away from this bank. Only reason I am giving it two stars is because the ladies at the Bank on Broadway (and the spur location for the most part) are all so nice and professional, and they get you in and out of there quickly. I am going to check out Altra Credit Union later today and see what they are all about, as I have heard great things about them.

Even to cash a check from there own bank they want to charge a fee very unethical business practices to rip off people
